Great location only 10 minutes walk from Hakata station, close to everything. Room is small though but the facilities are very good. Good for small people with no work of space. They clean up room every 3 nights stay, but they give you enough amenities.

Standard small room in Japan. Understand it 's winter & Aircon in the room is unable to set to cool mode as per hotel staff. Only heater mode which is stuffy to the max. No choice but to open the room windows that offering only a 3inch gap for cool air to circulate the air.
