Very nice staff, room was spacious and had panoramic view of the ocean and the food was excellent. Second time staying and will be back.

部屋に大きなゴキブリがいます。 スタッフさんが殺虫剤で対応してくれたあと、「もう大丈夫ですよ」だけすぐ退室した。 心配のため、ルームチェンジをお願いしたが,断られました。 言葉以外のお詫び/補償はありませんでした。 このようなホテル接客は初めてです。

Excellent customer service all around, Rosita in the Reef Cafe was so friendly! The buffet for breakfast was also very nice.

Good hotel not white sand beach but nice hotel about thirty minutes from shirahama beach

The view from the hotel is superb and the big selling point. However I did not feel it was worth the money after spending 4 days there. The amenities in the room are very basic. The beach next to the hotel is quite average and not the same as Shirahama. Quality of the dinner buffet was good. The outdoor part of the onsen was very good.

Quiet, charming area. Ideal for "urbex" and retro fan. Hotel facilities itself, great. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Pool also great, with open air lounge. (People should stop playing video games in their rooms, and get out and swim in the fresh air!!)

今回、家族が温泉に行きたいと言うことで1泊させていただきましたが部屋も広々していてゆったりすることが出来ました。食事もビュフェがメニュー豊富で大変良かったです。フロントスタッフの対応も感じが良かったです。

古さは感じられたが清潔で、フタッフの方々の対応も良かった。 バイキングの種類は多くはないが朝夕食共に美味しかった

ペットと泊まれる部屋を予約しました。ペット専用の入り口エレベーターがありキチンと一般の方に迷惑が掛からないように配慮がされていたので安心して過ごせました。ペット用品も充実しております。掃除も行き届いており気持ち良く過ごせました。 ご飯も金目鯛やお刺身お魚以外も美味しく頂けました。
