the service is very bad, there are no amenity facilities, there is only 1 towel, no toothbrush, no drink, the bathroom smells of urine, bedcover, itchy blanket, the room smells bad, scary. when I arrived there was no information on which tower, so I got lost to a different tower, when I arrived I was only guided via WA and phone, I really had to be independent. I really regret staying there again, the price is the same as staying in a hotel, but the facilities are not at all decent

wandering around lost looking for "Mataram City" because I followed the map from traveloka which the point was far away. I even asked for a guide from the unit person and it turned out to be in the same area as The Alana (if from the beginning they told me it was in the same area as The Alana I definitely wouldn't have gotten lost 😅) The room is big, but yesterday when I stayed there some of the electricity was out so it was a bit dark. The interior is a bit old-fashioned, the bathroom doesn't have a towel hanger or curtain. There are no tissues in the room either. Strategic location.. The lady who gave me the key was kind and helpful, thank you, Ms. Tya

The room was not clean, some of the lights were out and we complained but it was not fixed immediately even though we stayed for 3 nights, some of the electrical sockets were not working. The room atmosphere was gloomy, there was no tissue in the bathroom, only a few tissues. At that price it was quite disappointing.

The service is good, but for security it's not enough at that time, because the room key can't be removed from the inside so if you go out the door isn't locked. Hopefully it's fixed soon. Overall it's satisfying
