Wonderful staff

Very quirky and fun hotel with excellent service and a great location. The bed was comfortable- the room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was probably the coolest hotel we've ever stayed at. We were with our 2 teens and they were very impressed. The sound system alone was amazing! And the vibe was just really special. We also loved the restaurant Thirteen and had some of the best sushi we've ever had. Great service, great location. If we are even in London again we will no question book this hotel.

No lift to room. Cleaning service came in when do not disturb sign was on.

Chateau Denmark London offers a unique London experience. I chose this hotel based on the unique description and it did not disappoint. The location is close (walkable) to Trafalger square and surrounding areas which offers a vibrant London experience. The Outernet experience is really cool and you will find yourself standing in the hotel entrance just to take it in. We stayed in the apartments which do offer a unique experience and may not be for everyone (check out the rooms they offer). The butler service is great and made navigation of the stairs with luggage a breeze (they brought them up and down). Thirteen has a cool vibe but we were only able to visit for coffee and also didn’t have a chance to visit the rooftop. As noted by other reviews, you may hear some street noise. Noise from nightlife wasn’t an issue as it seemed to die down, but I did hear what I assume was trash service working the street early in the morning. However, if you take advantage of the in-room speakers you can create an immersive white noise experience. The rooms offer a high tech control system to set the vibe you want and my only minor complaint is that it can by fairly dark even with lights on full. Overall this was a really cool place to stay and unlike a “typical” hotel. I highly recommend if you are looking for a unique experience with great service during your stay in London.

Very noisy, staff unprofessional and rude

The room was absolutely awefull. The floor was uneven, there was not enough lights in the room. No iron station, not enough space. Bed was uncomfortable. Needed to ask for room service after which there was a dirty cloth left on the table. Would not recommend! so overprice!

The whole experience is really special, rooms are incredible, food was delicious and service was top tier.

Great place and great room. It’s in the middle of Soho so location is great but obviously noisy. Perfect for a party, not a place for peace and quiet

Beautiful rooms and great service

I can not say enough great things about this hotel. The staff(ALL of them, and I seriously mean ALL of them) were kind, helpful, accommodating and friendly. They felt like friends by the end of our two night stay. The location is great!!! The walkway light display was incredible. The room was amazing. And I want that bed and bedding! We ate at Thirteen. Wow. The food and drinks were impeccable. The DJ was awesome. The design was beautiful. I think I’ve used all the adjectives I can. That’s how much I love this place! Don’t miss out!

The location, room and staff were amazing. Great communication by the staff and happy to answer any questions. The room was amazing and in a great location. Will stay again.
