The 2 bedroom unit was immaculate and spacious, equipped with toiletry and kitchen amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Midweek housekeeping service was sufficient, and outlet adapters provided, if requested. Location is central to most public transportation lines-- a good starting point to explore Soho and its surrounding neighborhoods. This is truly a hidden gem in Golden Square.

The apartment was very nice! Very clean and incredibly spacious. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Zoned climate control. Large living room and full kitchen. Excellent location! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, good beds. The area gets noisy on weekends as the apartment is facing Carnaby, but other than the place is perfect.

The apartment is good however the beds need changing. The mattresses were very springy and it was very uncomfortable. The hot water system was not working on the first night. Thankfully, Akraz at reception resolved the issue for us. He didn’t stop until he had the issue resolved. He could have just waited for the technician the following morning to fix it but he still insisted on fixing it himself. Thank you.

The staff were really nice and check-in and out very easy, good communication. This is a modern flat with a few maintenance issues. The shower fittings needed fixing. We found the controls for the aircon and underfloor heating complicated and obtrusive - very bright boxes on the wall in each room. Also hated the automatic light in the bathroom. We found the bed uncomfortable and quite small. This is a very busy area so we expected noise from the street, we didn't expect such a lound humming from within. Overall this place is all about location which is fantastic but I don't think we would stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay in London. The location is ideal and right in the middle of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful and responded immediately when we had a small issue.(which was immediately resolved) We stayed in flat 21 (621) and it was well appointed and immaculate. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! It is very nice and cozy. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Located at the most central area, with this price and the space / facilities we got - it is a beat! Strongly recommend for family who want some quiet time but still want to be immersed in the best of London. Will definitely come back

Fantastic location on quiet side street, but a quick walk to Piccadilly. Beautiful modern building with friendly concierge. Would absolutely recommend!

The location was good. Close to many attractions. The room is very loud. You could hear people laughing and talking all bight with trash pick up very early in the morning. It was not what i anticipated from a high end residence. For the price, i will stay at a high end hotel next time.

No housekeeping even though I stayed 8 days I needed to wash my own sheets and clean. the apartment was very tired and needed some TLC. service was ok and the location is amazing
