I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups.

Besides the swimming pool located on the second floor, there is a large terrace on top of the building, cover with synthetic grass, with chairs and restrooms. It's a good place to rest or exercise, plenty of pure air, fantastic to do Yoga.

Staff is friendly and the flat is spacious and clean. It's showing signs of aging and it could use some renovation but overall it's a good value considering the location.

Staff were all very courteous, always willing to answer questions. Security at front gate was reassuring. Cleaning staff was punctual and pleasant. No belongings missing. Breakfast was always delicious too! I look forward to staying again!

Excellent stay, comfortable bed, clean room, good shower, friendly staff (Guerline, Federico and others). Breakfast could be better (but is opitional). Great neighborhood (near Moinhos de Vento / Bela Vista). Garage is a plus.

A comfortable place to stay. Common areas look much better than the actual rooms, but the bed and A/c make up for any shortfall. Decent internet. No compiimentary breakfast as most Brazil hotels offer, but friendly coffee shop at reasonable prices. Located out of the main city, so all restaurants, etc., require driving.

Very well located hotel. Clean room with a great staff. Internet connection was a low light, but overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Enjoyable stay. The room has small kichenette, so you can make your own meals. Only heat elements no oven, but a microwave also. Stay was pleasant staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with choice of fruits, coffee, and juices and small pastries.

We stayed there for two days and got a spacious, elegant, very clean apartment with a kitchenette - mainly a microwave, fridge, and a few dishes, suitable for very light cooking only. There is a large supermarket down the street. The breakfast was very good, and the people serving it were very nice. The staff in general is extremely polite and helpful. The neighborhood (Bela Vista) is beautiful, quiet and safe, but not really central. There is a bus station and a taxi station next to the hotel. The WiFi was okay, the wired connection was much better. We did not use the pool or the fitness room. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Quando chegamos de taxi à noite, a fachada estava escura, e ficamos meio confusos. A entrada para a recepção é por um portão lateral. Fora isso, a estadia foi ótima.

Excelente custo benefício para uma viagem a trabalho. Estabelecimento bem localizado no bairro Bela Vista.

Tive uma excelente experiência! O apartamento era muito confortável, deu vontade de morar lá. A área da piscina também é muito gostosa de ficar. Café da manhã caprichado, com itens de qualidade. Volto com certeza.

Podia melhorar o atendimento . . .

O local é bem localizado e de uma forma geral um bom lugar para ficar. So acho que os travesseiros poderiam de melhores e o chuveiro deixou bastante a desejar.

Já me hospedei várias vezes. A localização é muito boa.

Nada de espetacular, mas está muito melhor que os Ibis, principalmente no espaço
