easy check in process fast response

Gak bener sama sekali, kapok banget, check in baru bisa jam 16:00 mundur 2 jam, alasan kamar lagi di pasang kipas, pas sampe kamarnya gak ada kipasnya, saya sangat menyesal sekali amat sangat menyesal, udah gitu pakai deposit 200.000 dan uangnya baru bisa dikembalikan 1-5 hari, astaga biasa di hotel lain check out langsung bisa keluar uang deposit nya.

Sulit dalam check in apabila mendadak
