This place was very disappointing. The room and location were nice but everything costs a huge extra fee. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to use the pool. Took my son swimming and it costs $100 for both of us to enter and pay for the required swim caps you have to wear in the pool. Not a family friendly place.

Overall it was pretty good.

Everything about this hotel was convenient and practical. My room was super spacious. The open/closed bathroom concept was cute. The price is high, but the value is there.

I stayed at thr Marriott for one night as I was in town for the Daegu marathon. The hotel was great. Clean, reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff and close to the train station

메리어트정도 되는 네임벨류를 가진 호텔이 발렛을 24시간 운영하지 않는 점과 운영시간 내에도 발렛 직원이 자리를 자주 비워 고객이 직접 찾아다니고 요청을 한다는게 이해가 안 감. 그리고 호텔 내에서 운영하는 레스토랑이 정기휴무가 있다는 점도 이해가 되지 않음. 서울에 있는 특급호텔에 비교하면 이름값 말고는 전체적으로 여러 방면에서 한참 부족함.

We were not authorized to provide a third party card (our Korean based-company) for the guaranty of our VIP guest and her family at the hotel. Even though we offered to either send a photo, provide a prepayment or to wire some deposit money. This was very inconvenient and out boss decided to not stay the hotel. She won't come back to this hotel until this policy changes. Such kind of ridiculous policy can be understandable in independent hotels but in an international brand hotel, it is a shame. VIP guests who do not want to have their personal credit card number taken by frontdesk staff should have the possibility to have a local representative vouching for them.

I was a bit uncomfortable about the way the staff watched me while having breakfast. The food was very good and the happy hour food was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. I did have an issue with changing the dates of my stay and the ability to get a credit. However, I think this was an Expedia issue rather than a hotel issue. The hotel staff informed me it wouldn’t be an issue at check in but Expedia was required to make the change. When I engaged Expedia they indicated an issue with their system and they were unable to help me. In the end, the hotel did provide me the credit, even though Expedia said they couldn’t help me with getting the credit. My recommendation is to book directly with the hotel rather than through Expedia as they are willing to work with you if you need to make changes to your reservation. This is based on what I experienced in this specific instance. Overall hotel was great, very clean rooms, with great food, and plenty of great shopping in the area. I will be staying there again and booking directly with the hotel staff.

Gym was world class. Breakfast Buffett was exceptional

The staff were friendly and it was clean and quiet.

와이프와 오랜만의 여행이었습니다. 서비스도 너무 좋았으나 무엇보다 즐거웠던것은 수영장과 헬스장이었습니다. 좋은 시설들로 인해 대구에 즐거운 기억들로 가져갈것 같습니다.

Had an issue with next room. However staff was quick to respond and came up with solution. Great staff !

It's close to Dongdaegu Station and the subway, so it's convenient for travel and dining. There are only two problems I have. First, there are no streaming options on the television. Second, I never utilized the breakfast buffet, because you have to pay extra per diem for it, and even a 2-star hotel in America may offer breakfast for free.

It was excellent stay!!!
