Amazing, quiet, peaceful retreat with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Slightly out of town so car was essential. €7 in a taxi from Puerto del Carmen. Breakfast was devine every day. We stayed 2 weeks and we felt looked after.

The property itself was lovely and aesthetically pleasing. Lots of natural light and space. The room was spacious and clean and everything was as described with the ocean view. The breakfast was top rated. Glass of juice, water and option of a hot drink with cake and the pre set breakfast. Amendments can be made if necessary, mu husband doesnt like onions so they substituted them for tomatoes. With it being a small establishment, it isnt crowded or noisy but quiet and peaceful. Ample seating and lounging seats near the pool. The staff are friendly and efficient A good place to go if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle and recharge. But only a 10 minute taxi to puerto del carmen and airport. Things to note: The owner doesnt meet you upon arrival. You get told the access codes to the necessary doors beforehand. The pool claims to be heated, the hotel management will say it takes time to heat, but it isnt heated. Apparently around 2-4pm it is warmer...but it isn't. Still stone cold. Not much to do in the immediate surrounding area, a short walk to the local supermarkets. A hire car is definitely recommended or on the main road are some bus stops that can take you to the more popular areas. The 34, las vistas stop takes you right outside "the lost world". No spa or massage facilities were seen on the premises and the bar area has no drinks or vending machines as photographed. As a place to disconnect, I would go again.

My wife Sophia and I had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at this luxurious property. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. The rooms were beautifully designed, with stunning art adorning the walls throughout the establishment. Max, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. The breakfasts, prepared by Veronica, were exceptional and we eagerly awaited each morning's offering, as it was always a delightful surprise. In addition, Max also organized dinners with guest chefs and we highly recommend taking advantage of these unique culinary experiences. Our meals, which included Mexican cuisine and a seafood night, were simply amazing and rated a perfect 10 out of 10.

Before arriving, please reach out to ask for online check-in, otherwise you can't enter. The contact details (including messaging) on hotels.com are incorrect, the correct number can be found on Google maps. The property visually looks as good as on the pictures. Furthermore the hotel is situated in a convenient and serene location. While a very kind hotel manager tries her best to make up for the flaws, there is a lot of room for improvement. Smaller things, like the pool temperature, the lack of a coffee maker in the room, minimal amenities in the room, forgetting to change towels on the floor and the inconsistent warm water supply (solar heated). But also the main reason we won't come back: Ryanair-style customer service. All through WhatsApp, rude (sometimes borderline disrespectful) and not helpful. You expect they would be alarmed when guests send a video pressing the correct access code on a faulty keypad lock on the only entrance door. In stead they messaged the same code, stating it must have been pressed wrong. This resulted in the guests giving their phone number to open the door from the inside, guests holding an emergency exit door open with a trash can and guests advising us to climb a wall on the back to enter when the front door code lock is faulty. That was a first for us. And a last. However, one part truly deserved a 5-star rating, and cheered us up every morning. That was their absolutely world-class quality breakfast service by super friendly staff.
