Very terrible place , how can you go on vacation where is not recommended to be around after 6 pm, definitely find a better place to stay , I had to change my hotel for something more secure and comfortable

Everything was great. The staff was always welcoming and helpful.

I got this Hotel and I was actually quite surprised at the organization and cleanliness of it. I only stayed one day. It was pretty noisy when I got there in the evening around 7 PM. The lobby had a couple of people there with their phones and the volume was loud people were not using their headphones but as the evening continued, it was pretty quiet between the hours of 10 PM and 8 a.m. when I left so I was able to get a good nights sleep the street that the hotel is on is pretty dark and doesn’t look trustworthy at night so I did not travel out, but I would definitely stay there again

Overall good value for money. The location is very good, close to downtown historic site, shops, restaurants and metro. The hotel complex is small but it has all you need for a solo traveller and just a few stops to both buses and airport terminal.

Staff was nice enough, sheets didn’t see

It is near local vendors. They are very interesting to explore if you want to explore CDMX like a local.

The atrium amplifies any noise even within the rooms. Great staff, location and amenities.

Very clean, helpful staff

The room was veeery clean Mrs Laura was great and the whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful, a 10 minute walk to Zocalo aaand shops everywhere for those who love shopping, the only hiccup was the parking but Pension Zocalo(look it up on maps about 2km away) had a great 24hr service to leave the car during our stay so 10/10 do recommend (ps. Do not leave your car parked out on the street even if the spot is open; the neighbors are seriously delulu)

Comfortable bed, hot water with great pressure, electrical outlets close to the bed and quiet floor fan

Showerhead fell off

The hotel is nice, decently renovated. Amenities are not up to standard. The one blanket is on the cheaper side as well as the towels. Toiletries are also less than standard quality. It’s convenient for the location. Staff is helpful

Blankets smell dirty

It was a pleasant suprise !

The location was the worst for safety
