Great location, fast check in, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room.

We had a lovely stay with a good breakfast and waffles in the afternoon. Hotel was very clean but a little tired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location near yo the train station.

Although the hotel is older, it's in pretty good condition. The rooms are in better condition than the public spaces and are very clean. The breakfast buffet is really great! The staff is very helpful. And the proximity to the train station is super convenient.

We loved the location near public transport and historic sites to visit in an easily walkable town center. The room, however was hot and stuffy with windows closed and cooler but very noisy with windows open.

Great location within all good food and bars such as 3 lions pub, ferry boat access Twain access and the heart of all the attractions and city.

Very close to station. Very central. Great breakfast. Also free waffles from 5-8pm. Multiple options for getting to aiport (shuttle which stops outside is most convenient but train or bus is cheapest)

Check in was at 3 pm. Not a minute earlier. Greating was ordinairy and elevator was broken. We had to Côme back at the counter to change room since they gave us 4 th floor. Had to wait in Line Would not recommend.

Excellent, friendly staff in a well positioned hotel for the railway station and city centre. The free afternoon coffee and waffles was a nice touch. On the downside it is an older building and needs some cosmetic work.

Great hotel in Trondheim. Has a old and tired feel, but made up for by the convenience, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and free waffles in the evening.

Charming, individual room, delicious breakfast

We stayed there 1 night. It is an older building with some older furnished rooms. The front desk service was excellent, the breakfast spread was very good, they offered luggage storage prior to check-in,. The location 3 minute walk to the station and central tp restaurants and city walk was perfect, Priced for budget-minded travelers.

Convenient location for a train station, cruise ship terminal, and bus stop for the airport. The staff were kind and friendly.
