Conevnient hotel for my visit to the University of Göttingen. Nice room with coffee maker, but no refrigerator. Desk space is very limited. Check-in took a long time despite having done an online check-in in advance, there was a long line at the reception. But got a glass of wine upon check-in which was appreciated. The hotel has a great bar, which is open late. Breakfast is nice but expensive.

It is a nice hotel to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient. The breakfast is good. Only the charge is more than the booked price, but it did not show on receipt what was the extra charge.

Stayed 3 nights, attending a family birthday. Very clean and staff very helpful. Had breakfast one morning however hadn’t prepaid, probably a bit expensive, so if intending to have breakfast it may well be worth pre-booking. That said, breakfast was excellent, and large choice.

We just stayed one night after flying and driving for about 20 hours. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was wonderful and the furnishings were beautiful. We had wine in the lobby and ordered food from Burger Me across the street which was perfect.

Beautifull hotel, we like the decoration. The staff should be better. The check was in a hurry, I was filling the info and she wanted to know if we wanted to dine in the restaurant and at what time, I did not like the check in. We had dinner at the restaurant and again the service was the down side. The food is nothing special, and the service was poor again

Enjoyed our stay a lot. The room is spacious and very clean. Everything you may need is provided in the room and all services are up to the newest standards.

Great hotel, very nicely appointed. Not inexpensive. We stayed for 4 nights and but were told at check-in that the coffee in the room would only be filled the first day and that we would have to purchase our own at the local store. Seems to be a bit of poor service considering $300 a night room charge.

The hotel is very nice, great decor, beautiful room. I missed a desk as I needed to work, there was a smaller 'desk' that was taken by the coffee machine. My main problem with the hotel was a) I was unable to connect to the internet until ca. a half hour before departure; b) long lines at the check-out that prevented staff from responding to my request for late check-out.

Auch wenn auf Expedia steht „tägliche Reinigung“ - die Zimmer werden scheinbar nur nach drei Tagen gereinigt und mit Klopapier oder Handtüchern versehen. Das hätte man uns zu Beginn mitteilen können. Auch wurden wir vom Service kritisiert, dass wir für das Frühstück keinen Tisch reserviert hatten. Auch hier hätte man uns vorher informieren können. Zwei Mal hatte ich um das aktivieren der Sauna gebeten, zwei mal ist nichts passiert. Das east of Italy ist geschmacklich gut, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt leider nicht. Die Pizza war nicht durchgebacken, das Hähnchen war zu trocken. Auch die pochierten Eier zum Frühstück waren leider komplett hart gekocht.

Sehr freundlicher Service und ein super Frühstück

War alles ok! Einzige wir haben daz Zimmer mit Schlaffsofa reserviert, aber die war nicht vorbereitet und gab es keine Bettwäsche im Zimmer. Aber nach Ansage war sehr schnell erledigt.

Je suis déjà venu à Gottingen, mais c'est la première fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel.
