This is a well run hotel. Very good value and just the right place for people travelling through Nice for 1/2 nights The receptionist Tiago is a multi talented guy and went beyond the call of duty to help with a few things

We stayed in a room on the top floor for 5 days. It was like an attic room with sloped ceilings and had a double and 2 single beds. It is hard to find a room for 3 people so this was perfect for use there was plenty of wardrobe space for us all. The room was a bit dusty but overall clean and tidied/ towels replaced each day. There was a safe in the room that we didn’t use. Overall the room and hotel had some nice decor with artwork etc. it was great for what we needed for only really spending time in the hotel to get ready and sleep! It’s also a great location.

Super noisy. You can hear everything outside your window and in hotel. Also does not feel very safe due to area. Not worth the price. Very basic

I stayed in this hotel for five days. This hotel is very nice and perfect need for my accommodation. It has everything I need. It's also near to the transportation station and main station that can take you to Cann, and other part of Nice Area. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely go back to the city and again if I Nice.

Very nice hotel

Super noisy area! Transportation noise in the morning and drunk heads talking right next door at night until 3am! Even after the staff talking to them, those dumbos don’t seem to care!

Nothing special, but a comfortable and convenient place to spend a night on my way to Italy. 5 minutes walk from (beautiful) Nice station. They were not doing breakfast when i stayed in early October.

A great hotel located in the centre. It is close to many restaurants. It is walkable to most areas. There is a train station near by. The hotel staff were friendly, and my room was cleaned everyday.

Airconditioning worked well, Good noise isolation from the street with double glazed windows. Shower reasonable size. Electric kettle had no lid, two small paper cups provided for tea or coffee. Wifi didn't work using provided info until reception staff entered new ssid and password, this worked until the next day, then same issue with same solution again. Bed mattress too soft. Room upgrades rough around the edges. Stack of toilet rolls in lobby Construction materials left at bottom of staircase. Ok value.

Air condition took a little while to cook the room, otherwise very good.

SCAM! Took my deposit and never gave it back because somehow they don't have any record of me staying there despite Expedia sending them proof multiple times. Plus their WIFI wasn't working and they kept saying 'the engineer will come fix it.' Avoid at all costs.

Great room had separate bedroom and 3 beds in main room. Excellent location just down from train station with bus loop.

Stay away from this hotel. The service and the front desk service is appalling at best.

Rude and obnoxious reception. Stay away from this hotel. Shameful service.
