The hotel is in a good area and it is a handsome property from the outside. From the inside it is very austere and echo-y. The part that really killed it for me was the staff. Completely unprepared to handle anything outside the box. Check-in took more than 15 minutes because the guy at the front desk could not read the number on my credit card, and could not think to ask me to read it to him. Instead he spent 15 minutes furiously emailing his supervisor on how to proceed.
I decided to shorten my stay, and again, another employee could not give me a straight answer on whether I would get a refund or not. It took a third employee, who seems to be the only one fit for the hospitality industry to give me a straight answer.
The outside facing rooms are pretty loud, and the shower went from boiling hot to cold without touching anything, constantly! In the end, this is not a welcoming property that will make things easy for you. Definitely not a property I would recommend.
