New, clean hotel, lovely and enthusiastic staff

With the price and hotel quality like that in Hanoi, I think FTE is a great choice. Everything is ok. I am very satisfied.

After 3 days of staying and looking for many different hotels in Hanoi, this is the best one. Reception always cares about guests from A-Z. New and beautiful design room. Modern style, not as old as the hotel like other hotels. Cool and clean rooms. Full range of services. Security. There is even conditioner in the toilet. Breakfast variety of regions is suitable for picky eaters. There is a gym and swimming pool. I was about to go to the gym but forgot. If you come to Hanoi, you should stay here. The other hotels are terrible
