Great place - quiet even though its on a busy street. We will definitely stay again when we're back that way

Limited walking things like meals

Very quiet and comfy room

Property was well cared for. The man that controlled the parking was a saint!

Sadly only stayed one night and had to leave early, super nice front desk, beautifully designed, all the amenities you could ask for, bus stop on your door step, clean, couldn't ask for more.

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable after a long day of international traveling. The employees were friendly; check in and check out were easy. The whole hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds/pillows, as well as black out curtains. The bathroom had a beautiful rainfall shower and great water pressure. Everything was clean. The only thing that got a bit tight was the parking, but staff were very eager and quick to help if needed! We’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel 🙂.

Very comfortable & modern. Exactly what we required for over night stay. Staff polite & very helpful. Close to several good restaurants & supermarket. Quiet area & hotel. Will be back. Highly recommended!

Nice well maintained property with good amenities including microwave and toaster.

Golden Hotel was a clean, lovely and well set up hotel for us during our two day stay in the city. Easy transport options right outside the door. Walking distance to Westfield and more. Would definitely stay again.

A nice place for our stay in Christchurch. Not as close to the City Centre as we thought it was but only a 10 minute drive. Clean and comfortable.

Relatively new hotel in a convenient location near the university of Canterbury . Enjoyed having the kitchenette.

The property is remodeled and very nice.

Surprisingly, a real find. It was clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. Ban Mi cafe downstairs had really good breakfast menu, that our members loved.

It was a wonderful find, close to the airport and other amenities.

Stayed for one night (couple). Staff were great, friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and presentable. The Vietnamese cafe downstairs had the most delicious bahn mi! Westfield shopping center was only a few minutes walk away, also food places like McDonald’s and others. A good hotel, would recommend 👍

It's a shame that there weren't more varied restaurants within walking distance. But I was happy with my overnight stay.
