Great family stay over half term

Great place - very well equipped. Only slight downside is that the mattresses could do with replacing/upgrading.

Nice location, lovely view and great facilities.

Nothing to NOT like. Everything more than expected and kids didnt want to leave. Great place to use as a base then relax in the evening.

We found the accommodation to be excellent,it was very comfortable and had a very high standard of cleanliness ,the kitchen was compact but had a washing machine/dryer,fridge ,freezer and dishwasher which the owner had provided detergents and tablets for,there was also tea coffee and milk and sugar . The accomodation benefits from outstanding views of both the sea and rolling countryside. There are a few pubs situated less than 10 minutes drive in either direction which served very good pub grub at very reasonable prices. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you would like to enjoy a quiet relaxing break. The property is completely non smoking including the outside patio areas.

Just as the advertising said. Everything was quality - towels so thick and plentiful in particular. A shame the B & B side is ceasing but can understand that having young children it is very restricting. It will be lovely for families as long as its not too expensive. We had ideal weather which made it an extra special holiday in our Golden Wedding year. The breakfasts were cooked to absolute perfection and the staff lovely.

Enjoyed our all too short stay. Will definitely return when we visit relatives again hopefully later this year. Such friendly hosts & excellent freshly cooked breakfast.

Could not fault it. Excellent food, friendly staff and very clean room.

Very pleasant

We had a rough journey due to weather however Steve called to say we could get an early check-in and the room was warm and welcoming with fruit and a gorgeous view. Lovely location and handy family pub near by with lovely food served all day.

We were stranded when Hertz abandoned us and Mercedes Roadside Assistance took the broken down car away and I have never had so much help from a proprietor before. Above and beyond service at this place. It was so peaceful, we didn't even know we weren't the only ones until everyone was at breakfast the next day. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely Hotel a bit remote but pleasant ,good breakfasts

Family room had separate upstairs section for the kids which was very useful. Great views. Very good breakfast. Would stay again.

Weather was not very good so couldn't enjoy the view that this setting suggests is there but with a little imagination could envisage it being beautiful with a clear sky, sunny day. Guest house was lovely, very comfortable and all the little touches show a nice eye for detail. Bed was exceptionally comfortable as good as ours at home!! Great night's sleep so wouldn't hesitate to go back there when we visit relatives again.

Excellent stay in a beautifully situated spot. The family rooms are great as they are split over two floors (no doors separating the floors) so you have a degree of privacy. Breakfast v good too.

We stayed in the family room. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean. Beautiful views.

Fabulous location for staying at while on the Isle, easy access to all parts of the island
