The staff, especially the manager were amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The room was great! There was no room cleaning while we were there (they told us this would be the case). Location was also very good and we did use the parking. The lot entrance is a little hidden and around the block, but once we knew where it was, it was good. (20Euro per day). We did not have the breakfast, but did use the coffee machine which was 2Euro for various hot drinks. Kitchenette was well-stocked though again we only used the fridge and microwave mostly. Across the river is an restaurant called Bruno’s which we highly recommend for the food and wonderful servers. Highly recommend this hotel for location, room and staff! River view was nice too and air conditioning works well.

Comfortable room, a lot of space and a lot of storage. Useful kitchenette and very welcoming aircon in temperatures just under 40C. Significant downside of room is that there is no bedside lighting, really no idea how this can have been deemed OK when fitting out room? On-site breakfast was a VERY expensive 18 euros. Located next to river, in striking distance of train station and tram network as well as a couple of decent boulangeries. Would definitely stay again.

It was a bit outdated hotel

Le personnel est très courtois et proactif. L’appartement était propre et toute les commodités étaient bien. Emplacement bien située. Déjeuner beaucoup trop dispendieux pour l’offre de buffet. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Excellent property! Very clean and well furnished. Close to so many food options. Only issue we had was the gate to the parking lot wouldn’t open. It only happened twice and it was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the hotel are all amazing! From a smooth check in to all our questions they were there to help! They even helped us get the bus transportation app up and running for us. The only downside was a slight hum in the room due to ducting in the bathroom. We were so tired from our day that we still slept peacefully! Very central location. Beautiful to stroll along the River right across the street from the hotel. There was a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel making it super easy to bus to the Caen Memorial and the Chateau. Choice of restaurants within a short walk down the road.

Très beau appartement... Accueil excellent... jai pu aussi laver mon linge car il y a une grande machine a laver et grand deche linge pour 12 euros...un service en plusssss... on ce sent chez soi.... Je recommande fortement

This property is well located and close to a large shopping precinct with good eating places. The rooms are comfortable, however there was no milk for tea or coffee. Parking is at the rear of the property and secure.

Place needs a little TLC. Clean and adequate, in a good location. Breakfast was ok but not great. Staff were excellent.

I feel more meticulous cleaning may be needed for some sections in our apartment, although we were happy with the overall standard of the hygene. Staff were great, as most of them were helpful and easy to communicate with in English. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and we found the egg boiler an excellent additon. For negatives, I would have liked to see more variation day-to-day, and the fruits were not terribly fresh. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß, genauso wie das Bad. Es war allerdings ein Zimmer für behinderte Personen. Die Küche war hilfreich, aber spärlich ausgestattet. Die Elektrogeräte hatten alle irgendeinen Schaden, sodass wir sie nicht oder nur äußerst vorsichtig (Kühlschrank) benutzt haben. Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen.
