Clean nice staff

Staff was very friendly and tended to us in a timely manner. It was welcoming and easy to communciate with them.

It was really good. Staff was nice and helpful.

The property was great and the staff was wonderful and so helpful. I loved the longer breakfast hours and just how peaceful the property was. The only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to microwave something and it’s not available during breakfast hours. In addition, the “complimentary” water you do have to pay for if you’re not an elite member.

The ladies at the front desk in the evening were great. Check in was easy, I was given good recomendations to restaurants around. They were nothing short of friendly and wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast choices were great.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the hotel is accessible to lots of shopping and dinning.

For a new hotel the condition of the rooms did not look new. Our bathroom door was broke upon arrival which they did fix, took them a bit but they did fix it. Everyone was nice and polite which was a plus. Rooms were a bit small but I did have three adults and two kids so it did work out. Beds were pretty comfy. Sometimes hotel rooms smell dusty but this one did not so they do clean pretty good. I was just surprised for a new hotel, it looked to be several years old given the wear and tear already or poor craftsmanship. I probably would not stay at a hotel like this again but for a quick weekend trip it did what it needed to do.

Bathroom is dirty and bedsheets is torn

The hotel was in a great, safe location and conveniently situated on a direct route to the zoo. The rooms were bright and clean, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The only downside was that, due to the holiday weekend, the hotel seemed unprepared for breakfast service, and there was no water on the 5th floor. Not much they can do about the water but If I were in management, knowing these issues arose on the first night and that there wasn’t enough staff, I would have gone out to purchase additional items like yogurt, more fruit, and ready-to-go breakfast options to help accommodate guests during the busy weekend. There were a lot of irate guests. The reason i kept the high rating was because the front guest staff were honestly trying their hardest and they did everything they could to remedy to situation.

Upon arrival…there was no hot water. The ‘breakfast’ was a joke. Only thing good about it was the coffee. There were noises in my room. I asked for large towels, my room didn’t have any. Never received them.

Hotel has good appearance; room was clean. Turned up heat and fan was very loud every time it turned during the night. Biggest factor was lack of hot water to upper floors (3-5 - we were on 4). We were told about it at checkin and that they were working on it & should be fixed by morning. Morning came, no hot water in shower, a small trickle of hot water thru sink. We chose not to have a cold shower! At checkout, most customers were complaining about same thing; desk was very kind, apologetic and took our name to the list of unhappy campers requesting some type of compensation from Hyatt Mgmt. Another comment circulating the lobby was that hot water service was being replaced throughout the hotel with floors 2 & 3 complete, but upper floors were not yet finished...why did Hyatt take reservations for those rooms knowing hot water would not be available? Awaiting some response from Hyatt. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, breakfast was very good and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and running.

No hot water for an entire weekend. Apparently the entire hotel was without hot water. Every time we asked about it we were told someone was working on it. The free breakfast was poorly organized and chaotic. It seemed the staff could not keep up with demand. No plates or glasses, food and/or juice not replenished. We didnt even bother to try it on the second day of our stay. Would not stay here again. There are better choices in the area.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable but the problems were plentiful. There was no hot water in the room on the first night of our stay and we were told that they were working on the boiler. The water in the shower would not turn off and continually dripped. It could not be fixed on our first night so the noise from the water dripping on the metal shower plate was very loud and annoying. Breakfast was a bad joke. There was minimal food and few plates and no bowls available after 8am.

This day there was not hot water available so my kids had issues taking the bath.

While the hotel was clean, there was a plumbing issue that left us with no hot water. We were in town for a wedding and that was a HUGE problem. Also there was a dog barking all night and into the morning in the room next door.

I just want to tell young that the young lady who checked us in, Ava was polite, friendly, and very kind and professional. It’s not often we encounter exceptional employees like that.

Liked the little bar in the hotel lobby. Was easy to grab a quick bite there at the end of the day and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
