Nice place...no problems

Room & bathroom clean. The air conditioning worked great and the room and hallways were quiet even though on a busy street

Nice property, friendly staff, affordable, great location. It was easy to move around. I’ll keep in mind this hotel in my next trip to Bucaramanga.

Great hotel for the price. More than I expected. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable king bed, brand new renovated bathroom/shower, strong wifi, couch and smart TV. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for the price point. The restaurant is delicious as well. This will be my go to hotel for visits to the city.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are not insulated you can hear everything all hours of the night.

The staff at the front desk were pleasant to work with. My only complaints are the free breakfast was lousy and the pool was tiny. Management should seriously stop advertising free breakfast when the charge for an extra portion of protein. I’m closing the hotel charge me more than I was quoted by Orbitz when all fees/taxes were already charged by Orbitz. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Also close to San Andrecito Mall. Easy taxi accessible.

Great simple hotel in Bucaramanga. Even though on a main road the rooms are quite and really spacious. Good wifi and nice breakfast.

The hotel was great. The location is good and everyone working there was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning also was a plus on the hot nights. Room was very comfortable

You need t make sure that they give you a good room. When I first checked-in, the front desk staff gave me a room that was in terrible shape and the mattress smelled of urine. I was so upset with the room that I immediately demanded cancellation of my booking. The manager then gave me another room which was clean and very comfortable. It is important to let the administration know if you're not happy with your room. The staff doesn't speak any English so if you don't speak Spanish, it'll be difficult to communicate with the staff.

Buen hotel pero la piscina no funciona, nada de restaurantes cerca

El precio es adecuado para el sector y las instalaciones. Me gustó el desayuno, es generoso. Demasiado ruido exterior, las ventanas no son insonorizadas.

No lo recomiendo!

Buena relación costo-servicio, buen parqueadero, excelente atención de personal, podrian mejorar el desayuno es muy basico.
