The first thing you need to know is they have NO AIR CONDITIONING, which in this recent heatwave was NOT cool (pun intended! 😉) Although the outside of the building is unimpressive, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and look as if they've recently been remodeled. Breakfast was good.

There was no restaurant, there was no bar, the description was not accurate. Totally misrepresented the hotel.

Very well located near Temuco's main square, plenty of restaurant options. Room seemed recently remodeled.

Old style hotel nice and warm comfortable, friendly front desk staff. Just would like a laundry services cheaper options for families and variety of meals. Thin walls I could hear my neighbours when they were very noisy.

Buena ubicación

Nothing fancy, nothing wrong. I only needed a place to stay too make a travel connection work and this fit the bill perfectly.

There is a big locked gate where you enter if driving..and no person watching for arriving guests. I had to stop a stranger on the street to borrow their phone to call hotel to open the gate since my cell wasn't charged after the long drive to get there. Staff are polite. There is no a/c and my room was on a busy street. The location is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The hallways are dark..and since they use keys, not key cards, it was really hard to get the key properly in the hole in almost complete darkness. There is no small fridge to keep a few drinks cold. Water pressure is good for the shower and the water was hot. It is just a very basic room. When I checked out the rates were posted..one rate was for "day use".I can only think of one reason a person stays in a hotel, during the day, for just a few hours.

The Don Edwardo was an unexpected surprise. I only needed a room as a layover for an early flight the next day. The room was surprisingly well-appointed, and the staff was both attentive and courteous! Thanks.

Good location, you get what you paid for and the room is clean and a decent size. My one big complaint is that there is no lock on the door inside the room which made me a bit uncomfortable and there is no safe in the room. It would be better if there was a dead bolt or lock on the door on the inside of the room for piece of mind. Otherwise breakfast was good (not the coffee that was terrible!), hotel quiet, good location and good price for 2 nights.

Got there and they didn't had my reservation. They asked me to forward it to them so they could have it on their records. Old and uncomfortable beds. TV signal like back in the 80s. So much room for improvement.

Great hotel, helpful and professional staff. Rooms comfy and clean, with bathtub and good shower. Best breakfast we've had in months of travelling - hot scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheese, fresh breads, fresh fruit, decent coffee (unlike the dreadful, primarily sweet, breakfasts we've experienced in the rest of South America). Excellent location - short walk to centre, but far enough away to maintain quiet. A really good experience.

Un poco ruidoso el entorno

Fui muito bem recebida. Preço módico. Restaurante com comida boa e barata. Aconchegante e quentinho. Consegui fazer o check-in bem antes do horário e ainda tem outros serviços, como passar roupas, sem custo.

Muy cerca de todo (plaza, parilla, negocios). Económico. Grande la pieza (Junior Suite).

Al llegar ya me general problemas, me cobran un adicional por mi pareja cuando ya estaba incluido en la oferta, además al retirarme recién me mencionan el tema del buffet lo cual nunca me menciono el encargado
