Overall excellent experience, customer service is at a high level, anything we needed to as brought within minutes. Facilities are very nice, central location highly recommend.

Great location and easy walk to Stanley Park or Canada Place but place is looking a little tired. Balcony was very dirty with bird droppings on the glass. Facilities are poor, pool & hot tub are in an odd location and are poor. Little interaction with staff so no comment on them.

Showed up early and got a room to start, that doesn’t happen often even if rooms are available. Great central location, walked to most of our sightseeing and meals. The Karma Lounge offered a great place to meet up prior to going out or hanging out and grabbing a bite and drink. Definitely a place we will come back to in the future trips.

I've stayed in many Vancouver hotels, and this is one of the best. Fast elevators. Luxurious rooms. Great staff. Location close to plenty of things and not far from the skytrain.
