Amazing comfortable luxury hotel Can’t wait to stay there again

sort last two bdays here. Although my first time coming here wasn't the greatest this year was great! they helped me get higher floor and complimentary wine :) loved it

Great downtown location a little quieter. Modern clean rooms. Note that you get to the hotel off the lane so parking and entering is a bit more of a walk. You can get a valet. The 2nd level had a flood they were restoring so that might be why the entry was a bit odd.

Staff were very helpful, always clean and turndown service was lovely. Our room was high up and the views were fantastic! Only downside was the renovations to main lobby and restaurant so we had to use the back entrance to the hotel and had no in hotel restaurant service. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location on W Georgia St, you can find almost everything food, shopping, entertainment, nearby. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels in downtown. Valet parking is very convenient, which costs only CAD 9 per day more than the neighboring public parkade. Call to grab your car 10 min earlier, no time will be wasted. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel for the rooms and the pool/hot tub. The room was great. It had a living area so you could hang out and watch TV. The room service was delicious as well. The pool and hot tub were a bit strange to be in the middle of their nightclub. So during the day, it was dead but at night, it was a strange set up. The entrance to the hotel is also in an alley way which isn’t a great welcome. Good location and generally enjoyed our stay but likely would try a different hotel on our next visit to Vancouver.

Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space). Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water, but overall staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hopefully, things are improving with this property and we would consider staying again if so.

Love staying here. So comfortable. Home away from home.

Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain.
