The property was average overall. The only thing i did not like was the fact that i disnt get any hot water until the morning of check out!

The room was huge, served the purpose. Breakfast was complimentary are plentiful.

Room was very clean and my family felt safe. Breakfast wasnt great but was the only issue.

My only disappointment was the waffles at breakfast - the batter had a weird taste and I threw mine away. Would have liked more options like boiled eggs and fresh cut up fruits instead of whole oranges and apples.

Staff was unknowledgeable or unhelpful. We stayed for 2 nights and during a heatwave and for the first night, we had no AC. ONLY after 7 follow-ups by ME, we were able to change rooms and this caused a sleepless night and a waste of a day waiting to move and to cool off. I repeatedly asked to move rooms, even though unclean and insisted that they cleaning can be done after I moved in. I just needed a cool space. To work. To rest. And my family lost an entire day to this. I got a 50$ discount The breakfast is quite elaborate but the eggs are a disgusting water mix. There’s a man who stands there watching what every guest puts on their plate and ensures that you’re a paying guest (you have to show a voucher) and stands by the elevator to ensure no one is taking things to go. Convenient and clean location. Parking was easy.

Clean rooms with free parking. However there are hostile signs for guests everywhere: $1000 fine for damaging properties, no breakfast in the room, etc.

A decent hotel, well situated near Metlife Stadium and NYC. Liked the spacious room, comfortable bed, bottled water, excellent shower, and excellent breakfast. However, room had an odor and lacked some cleanliness.

The rooms are spacious with great amenities like a fridge and microwave and very clean. Due to the layout of the motel it is noisier than others properties since all rooms face the open atrium. If there are groups of people in the atrium the noise will echo throughout. The complementary breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen with numerous options to choose from. Overall a great value for the price and we will definitely stay again on our next visit.

The room that we had with the two king size beds was wonderful for the four of us. The breakfast was delicious and right on time to getting us started for the day. I would love to stay here again.

I was very disappointed with the company & the staff. We had to leave early because my son was terribly sick. I tried to cancel 2 hours after the time we had free cancellation til. I even provided medical documents and they were entirely unwilling to refund us any money whatsoever.

I appreciate the staff at Harmony Suites and the price was better than other comparable hotels in the area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They offered housekeeping once a week if you request it. But if you run out of towels or toiletries, etc, they will supply them. When we needed something they came promptly. The air conditioning worked well and wasn't noisy. Overall, it was fine. The things I didn't like was the lighting setup in the bathroom. It will automatically turn off. Many times when my husband or I were in the shower, the lights turned off and we were left in the dark. The rooms were dated and the tv didn't have many channels. At breakfast they have bread, muffins, an omelet station, and a waffle station. There are oranges, apples, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea and a few types of cereal. My husband liked it but if you're vegan like me, there isn't much. They had almond milk in the back for my coffee. They have signs in the breakfast area and elevators that state it's prohibited to bring food to your room. But there are microwaves and little fridges in the rooms. And there's an overpriced snack store. So I don't understand why the breakfast food can't be eaten in your room. There is a pool, but it was cold ( but plenty of towels). It is walking distant to restaurants, a movie theater, and walmart. There is bus service there to NYC, American Dream Mall, and Metlife Stadium so it's very convenient. It could be great, with some updates!

Comfortable. Good breakfast. One bus from New York City. Close to the big mall. Lots of Plazas with restaurants and a Walmart and a cinema. Wish front desk agents were more helpful tho as they gave my girlfriend poor directions as they sent her walking towards a highway…

Our family enjoyed our stay at Harmony Suites. Our room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast each day had a wide variety of foods. The front desk staff were very helpful when we were trying to figure out public transportation (bus stop is right across the street). I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
