Fabulous stay,comfy room, fabulous food, great service from the staff. Good parking.

Our preference is The Paddocks rather than the main building. But the beds are comfy in all rooms.

The bedroom, decor, service from staff was excellent but sadly the food was a letdown.

Staff were amazing, really looked after us. Credit to the organisation. Definitely will recommend!

We stayed here over a long weekend with a large group, including children, and had an excellent experience. The staff were outstanding! Max, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everyone was well taken care of. The level of service was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and well maintained, and the food was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was cosy and lots of individuals touches for our stay. The staff were all so lovely and attentive.

Lovely place, traditional coaching house with a nice restoration. Rooms spacious and clean, good decor. Staff friendly and a nice bar and breakfast room. Taxi to station £10 or 30 min walk.

Fabulous, we will definitely be back again! Room was wonderful, staff are super friendly and the place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. If I have one complaint, I do not like dogs, particularly large ones in a restaurant.

Room 2 was very dirty thick dust on items like radiators pictures fan plant lights Dirty throw on bed cobwebs bath room and poor maintenance in shower

Lovely hotel with friendly service and good food. Classy elegance. I know where I am staying next time we are back in Newbury. Excellent.

Well maintained and excellent facilities. Adam was excellent. Fresh milk delivered in the night was a nice touch.

My room was very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned; all surfaces were covered in thick dust

The room itself was adequate but the tea milk and sugar was poor only having two tea bags Four sugar lumps and no milk. There wasn’t a spare toilet roll and the first one wasn’t a full one. We were there for two nights and we had to ask for replenishments. The staff we encountered were very friendly and willing to help

Fabulous stay! The staff were superb - friendly & helpful. Our room was wonderful, the place was spotless throughout and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return!

Clean well designed room. Very good included breakfast. Also a very nice evening dinner.
