Great location, spacious apartment, modern and comfortable. Sun beaming in each day, it was very enjoyable. Communication was lacking when we experienced a couple of issues but was promptly rectified soon after by management.

We absolutely loved our stay at KT. The apartment was absolutely stunning. All new appliances and furniture. It was so relaxing and made us really feel like we were staying in a luxury holiday home. Perfect for a little family! Highly recommend!

The apartment was well located a short bus trip from the CBD. It had all the facilities we required and was very reasonably priced. We would book to stay there again without hesitation on any future visit to Adelaide.

Exceptional appartments, meticulously clean, spacious, nice views from apartment however I absolutely hated the check in process … you have to install an app on your phone so you can gain electronic access to apart via phone … that wasn’t simple .., I did not find instructions clear .. had to call up for assistance…prompt response however the gentleman on the other end was rude and inpatient .. I had vehicles banked up either side of the access gate to underground carpark … I suggested that I needed to move to let them through… and the gentleman said HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO WAIT.. , the only other thing that concerned me was access to property was via back lane.. not on a street where you could park. If you are young and hip with good it skills , it is the place for you, just remember when you put your phone up to electronic locks you need to HOLD it there for at least 20 secs to release lock , you can’t just wave your phone over lock. If they amended access to properties I would return in a flash.

We were only here for a night and felt very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sliding door to the balcony only had thin see through curtains with no blackout curtains.

The key system was annoying to set up but worked okay - but that's the same with all technology I guess!

A pretty new property; well appointed, but with concrete allowing flats above and below to transfer noise. One street over from a main routes for blue light services exercising their sirens. Apartments, so you never know when you'll get a Hens' or Bucks' above you. Laneway access safe, but doesn't feel it. Food stores are...distant. And cabs try to deposit you one street over from the apartments' entrance, so stay sharp or enjoy the walk. Only 15 mins walk to the bright lights of Rundle St and the National Wine Centre; overall this property was light, bright and with great beds, comfortable. If the property offered a brekkie hamper, stopped the Samsung TV from telling you the volume and the programme ID (soooo irritating!) and removed the bloodstains from the room we didn't stay in (!!), it'd be a great 'off-piste' accommodation option in a town lacking some accommodation character. Oh yes; keep your phone charged, so the JustIn access app will unlock the building and your room for you!

Check in procedure a nightmare. Unless you are tech savvy and have a smartphone it may not be for you. Apartment itself was lovely, though instructions for the Smeg oven would be handy.

KT Apartments is a great place to stay. We were two couples and loved the facilities and the convenience to restaurants, parks and the CBD. Can’t recommend KT Apartments highly enough. Perfect!

We were impressed with the efficiency and ease of communication with the management, especially given we were in Adelaide for a funeral during a hectic week for Adelaide (just before the big motor race). The kitchen in the apartment was fantastic, and we were able to bake traditional pastries with walnuts/jam, plus trays of apple strudel for the wake. The apartment had plenty of room for us to even host a few family members for coffee. The beds were comfy and large enough for us to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was sufficient, and I personally loved the Australian plant-based body wash (reminded me of the bush). The USB ports in most of the power sockets made charging our multiple devices easy. I also loved how there was no need to visit a reception desk to get your keys or such. After driving for over 8 hours, we were all really looking forward to just getting into the apartment, having a shower and not talking to anyone new. Overall, we really loved the apartment and will definitely book again when we next travel to Adelaide.

Great stay, all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay with young kids. Only negative was some noise from the apartment above.
