I expected a little more from the property but it was fine the staff is very friendly and that helps.

The island is way too busy. Too many vehicles. If the government respects or cherishes the island they should limit how many tourist are allowed on the island at one time. Need more clean up!!! Very sad… San Andres should be treated has a National Treasure.

Enjoyed everything in the place. Very helpful with whatever you need. Convenience store right next to it for small buys. 5-7 min from el centro. Will stay again next time I come!

It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk and on to zona Rosa but it’s a really nice property and worth the walk in the warm breeze

Breakfast was delicious!!! Ms Monica she made our breakfast every day, she made us feel like we were home! The hotel was excellent super clean, very cuddly and we rested all night ! Highly recommended !

The rooms were spotless and freshly cleaned. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. We loved our room with the big balcony, and the breakfast was great. The pool was also a nice touch! Overall, the service and location were excellent. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Hendaus. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. It's about 5 minutes away from the airport and a few minutes from el centro. We rented a scooter during our time on San Andres but taxi service is cheap and available. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated in a southeast Asian motif and very well-kept. The staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was small, but quaint. There's a common area by the pool and terrace areas. It was just a peaceful stay.

Very nice small hotel, highly recomended. Nice staff and best breakfast i had in my whole trip. There is not much immediately around hotel but short walk to the beach and many restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. 1st night we had a room on the first floor and there wasn't any view from the window only to the concrete wall. There wasn't any hangers where you can put your clothes. Some rooms don't have windows. This room was very small and noisy and had a little bit of smell of mold. Rest 3 nights we got a different room on the 3rd floor. The room is small. The bathroom sink is making water splash. The pool has a broken coping and also the tiles are falling off. There are only 2 pool chars. The pool is very small and it is open only until 7pm. Breakfast is very limited and the staff at the breakfast area is not very helpful almost rude. Breakfastare only till 9:30am. The people at the front desk are nice. Rooms are decorated nicely but beds are small for 2 people. There is no beach or ocean access near this hotel. The area was safe. After 4 nights we changed the hotel.
