Wonderful people and service, clean, quiet and near to good restaurants and beach and by following the habor boardwalk 15 min. you are in the city center near the cathedral...i had a great time and would come back anytime in this hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (they assisted me with getting a taxi to the airport when I was having trouble.) Overall, the value for the price was great. The room/hotel was decently clean and the shower had hot water. One thing to note is there aren’t bedside lamps or charging ports for your phone. It is very close to the Malecón.

Hotel is a little dirty and WiFi didn't work but overall not bad for the price.

It was all good until it was time to turn on the ac it didwork so i went to tell the desk girl about it and all she said was you would've said it early is late and she had an attitude really rude

La habitación son reciente al menos la que me toco, tiene buen espacio, recomiendo mucho la estancia el hotel céntrico, muy amable la de recepción, lo que me gusto es que tiene frigobar y eso no se ve en muchos hoteles, me encanto, lo recomiendo mucho

En un lugar conveniente. Puedes ir a pie y llegar al malecón, centro etc.. céntrico

Falta de bebidas para comprar, agua embotellada, refresco o café.

El estacionamiento no es amplio, sino alcanzas lugar te estacionas en la calle, fuera de eso el hotel es bueno para dormir y ducharse.

Todo estuvo muy bien... solo me parecio un poco dura la cama y las almohadas... Cuando llegamos a la habitacion no habia toallas y cuando llevaron solo dejaron las toallas de baño... no dejaron toalla de manos ni tapete para salir de la regadera... por lo demas todo bien..

El hotel, es muy aceptable para los precios por noche, tiene una buena ubicación, ya que está cerca del malecón, centro histórico y el acuario.
