The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice. As was the pool and hot tub. The outside of the building could use some painting and repairs. But overall it was a very nice stay.

Spacious and Clean. Been traveling to this region each summer/labor day for over 40 years - and have finally found accommodations that are actually worth the price. Nice heated pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool tubs. In room fireplace, full kitchen.on site restaurant and bar. Beds could be litttle more comfier - but are adequate. Highly recommend.

Great place to rest and relax if this is what you want to do. I would highly recommend. They have great facilities at the hotel the hot tub and steam room was a hit for us. The property is very quiet and serene.

Great layout of suite room. Balcony could use new floors. A bit pricy but still worth it.

Kaatskill Mountain Club is a wonderful hotel. The pool is lovely and the amenities and the staff are great. There are two things I would suggest that would make the customer’s stay more comfortable. The first one is providing a mini refrigerator in the studio units. That would be most helpful. Secondly is installing at least one handle bar in the shower stall for customers who have balance/mobility issues. That said I have recommended this facility to my family and friends. Those who have stayed have loved it. I will be returning.

Beautiful area. Close to some great hikes. They called a couple days ahead of check in and checked to see if we needed anything. Room was comfortable and pool hot tub area was great too. Would stay again.

Front desk staff was really pleasant when checking in! The rooms felt a bit dated, but everything was nice and clean!

My rating is based on a summer experience; Stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Room was good size, with couch and good kitchen amenities. Could use decaf coffeeand coffee maker an old Hamilton beach. jacuzzi worked, a bit small. Room furnishings were dated, gym was nicely equipped but needed to provide towels and hand wipes. No breakfast facility was opened and what was provided was not healthy.

Very good place to stay

Very nice resort, great pool and hot tub.Room was very clean and had a complete kitchen. The game room was decent, but nothing to write home about. Only issue was the coffee maker did not have the pot to go with it. I had to put my cup under the spout and push up against the coffee maker nozzle with my fingers to coax the hot coffee to come out! HOT coffee which my fingers didn’t enjoy.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kaatskill Mountain Club. The amenities are great. It would be nice if the restaurant was open for breakfast as they only offer dinner service. That said, I will be returning.

I really like the location and property amenities.
