experience 7.5/10 The hotel is right in the center, clean, beautifully decorated, convenient to move around & reasonable price. However, the receptionist is not very friendly, if not to say that you are a bit arrogant when meeting guests, do not greet much, do not smile and the way of speaking is "what do you mean..."????? I hope you can fix this and be more professional in your work & the room if there is an additional white light lamp will be more reasonable because the room is full of yellow lights, it looks a bit dull & too bright In general, the room is comfortable, clean, the walkway and the hotel are a bit small compared to what I imagined & the staff. I hope the hotel can fix this problem

I will come back if I have the chance. I hope the hotel will prepare slippers for the room. The room is beautiful. My 4-year-old child came in and praised the room a lot. Clean and spacious.

When I arrived at 2:30, there was no receptionist to help with check-in. I had to call for a long time before someone could help. The room was quite nice and fully equipped, but the blanket had black mold stains that had not been completely removed. In addition, the bathroom was prone to overflowing into the outside area. The soundproofing was not very good. I could clearly hear the conversation in the next room if I spoke loudly and the crying of a child.

The room is clean but the view is not what I imagined. The location is not near the center. The surrounding roads are very dark. The staff is not too enthusiastic. Overall, it's okay.

The room is fully equipped, but not airy, a bit stuffy. The door is poorly soundproofed, I am sick and am often bothered by the sound of talking, laughing, and crying outside. Bathroom: The shower is strong but cannot be adjusted properly for bathing, when pinned to its place, it splashes out the door, water overflows from the bathroom, The toilet is a bit uncomfortable where the seat rotates continuously, and the toilet lid falls with a loud noise. The bedsheets smell, not fragrant. Outside area: The elevator is a public place but it is thrown dirty bedsheets and changed every day, 🥲 It could really be better if taken care of!
