Me gustó mucho su estilo bohemio y ecofriendly, muy buen staff, la locación es perfecta, lo único malo es que olía a drenaje el baño.

Due to my wife being not checked in correctly due to the name of recently marriage and her credentials did not match the name they did not let her get checked in. This is totally unacceptable.

Excellent hotel! Very well recommended! Clean and staff is friendly and helpful! Design is also very bohemian! Also very close to Bellas artes!

I don’t did Check out this Morning I don’t recommend this hotel to No One The Air conditioners don’t work all it does is blow HOT Air we asked to move rooms or change air conditioner and they told me No that the hotel was full my TV was not turning on as well and called multiple time to the office and they told me that they would send someone up no one came to help with the tv I ended up falling asleep with a Hot Room and a TV that didn’t work.

The rooms were nice, location was good

There were no one at reception till Monday, we didn’t have a tea, we had the empty tube of tea till next day when they filled it up after I ask to reception, and they didn’t broom our bedroom, never, we found trash and a pill in our bedroom at arrival, besides that, the hotel is really aesthetic

The area around the hotel is incredibly stinky. As soon as you get within a block radius, it starts to smell like sewage. Inside the hotel the smell wasn't as noticeable at first, but after a couple days I started to smell it in the room as well.

The location of this hotel is great to navigate to some of the main sites in CDMX. We were a 10-20 minute walk from many great markets in the area, and even closer to the Bellas Artes building. Locations like the anthropological museum were a 30ish minute Uber ride away. There are convenience stores and ATMs in a 2-10 minute walking distance. The rooms were spacious and stylish, with distinct themes. We really appreciated having a pitcher in the room and a water filter on each floor to fill up for brushing our teeth, drinking, etc. There's a nice little shop and cafe in the lobby area, which is nice to grab some coffee before setting out for the day. The shower was a little finnicky (don't push in the button!) but staff fixed it within 10 minutes of me calling the front desk. My biggest issue with this hotel was that they did not seem to have our reservation upon check-in, despite me having a confirmation email. They sorted it out professionally, but we had to wait in the lobby about 30 minutes. I suspect that they booked us a brand new room since we had proof of the reservation, but I've never had a reservation not go through when booking via Hotels.com.

The reception is poor, I had to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to receive the car. The hotel websites says parking included, but you have to wait like this on the street, where police will fine you.

To be honest, I’ve never been wanting to leave a negative review even if the place was negative. But this place is terrible first off the address doesn’t take you right to the building that it’s in and then there’s a tiny sign and it’s hard to find. Additionally, this hotel is within another hotel on the eighth floor and nobody monitors that floor at night time there is no signage or direction that you should have to check in on the bottom floor. These people need a lot more training. It took me 45 minutes to check in, the room has no sound barrier to the hallway and people are talking and laughing all night long and it’s hard to sleep. Additionally, in the morning the employees are so loud and have no respect and that starts at around 7 AM. To be honest, I will never stay here again and I think these employees need a lot more training. If I could give this place -5 stars I would this is comparable to a bad Motel 6 in the United States even though the building looks nice when you walk in and it’s nice on the outside. The room is not that good at all. Do not stay here

Cute and clean room and we loved it!

Sadly they have too many new employees that don’t know how to check if the room is clean or not.

If you think you are getting a patio/balcony, you are not. And there are rooms without a city view, many face an inner mural courtyard. The rooms are clean and comfy!

It was an amazing place to stay at the roof was awesome and the the view food was good

Worst hotel experience ever. Nothing worked. Upon arrival I tried to set up the safe, and it didn't work; when I tried to take a shower, there was no water. The air conditioner, TV, and coffee maker also had problems - either they didn't work or someone had to come and fix them. Although there was a pitcher in the room, it had no water, and there was no water anywhere. When I called the front desk, they told me to come downstairs and they would give me water. When I went downstairs they asked me for a glass so they could give me “some of their water”. Since I didn't have a glass, I had no water, until I was told to call room service. Normally, I am tolerant, but in this case the hotel was just old and run down, and they didn't seem to care. My recommendation is not to stay at this hotel; there are many more hotels in the surrounding area, much better and even cheaper.

Great staff and dining. Property is a bit broken but clean and compfortable. No matter whar the website looks like there areno balconies. And our room came with a wall view. Not all are city view.

It was great. I had a 12 hour layover and picked the perfect hotel. It was my kind of vibe. Rooftop bar restaurant was amazing with beautiful views. Everyone made my short stay wonderful. Thank you. Please let the staff know it was appreciated.
