Hotel Juárez nos brindó una excelente estancia. A pesar de las dificultades que enfrentamos por las protestas, todo el personal fue súper amable e incluso nos consiguieron un taxi porque nos tocaba salir de madrugada y nos acompañaron a tomarlo. La señora Paty de limpieza fue excelente; nos dejaba la habitación prístina todos los días. Las 3 personas de recepción también son muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Sobre la ubicación del hotel, es inmejorable. La habitación es muy buena, cómoda y con buen espacio. A pesar de que no hay ventana en la habitación, no se siente cerrada y tiene buena iluminación. El baño también es muy espacioso y cuenta con agua caliente. Hotel Juárez ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y definitivamente lo recomiendo si se busca un lugar en el centro histórico y cerca de puntos clave como la estación de metro (metro Allende está a dos cuadras). Otras facilidades son los lugares cercanos para comer, justo frente al hotel hay una fonda con desayunos buenísimos y económicos, también está la taqueria Arandas (excelentes tacos al pastor) y cafés como El Popular y la panadería Vasconia, imperdibles del centro histórico.

Clean, helpful staff, good house keeping

Great location and great price. You won't find a hotel more central to the Centro district than this. The room is very basic, however, but it's a solid bed and bathroom base for exploring the city.

Muy buen hotel

Terrific location and good comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The problem I had was with Expedia.There was civil unrest and the area around the hotel was cordoned off. I had enormous problems leaving and entering the area and getting to the hotel. It took about an hour, it was always unpleasant arguing with the police and it wasn't always possible. One afternoon the police wouldn't let anyone through the police lunes for a couple of hours I cancelled my last night - I couldn't risk not arriving at the airport - but Expedia (& the hotel) weren't able to reimburse me.

Muy limpio, solo las almohadas muy duras y grandes no puedo dormir así ya deperdido les pusieron colchonetas a los colchones ya duerme uno mejor solo las almohadas no me gustan

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It has incredible old-world charm, stunning architecture, and a wonderful historic atmosphere. It’s well-maintained and captures Mexico's rich culture perfectly. One important warning for foreigners: They only accept cash. Since international travelers usually rely on credit cards for safety and convenience, having to withdraw large amounts of cash was a major hassle

Amazing value basic hotel. No coffee machine. Friday and Saturday night loud street party/music. Location is safe all day and night

In a good area if you want to be downtown. Rooms clean, staff is great. My room didn't have a window ???? So that sucked lol but otherwise it's a nice hotel.

El lugar es bonito, muy tranquilo y limpio. El personal es amable siempre me atendieron con una sonrisa. Llegamos y rapido nos atendieron, sin dudar lo recomiendo.
