Excellent hotel!

A lovely modern hotel good food and great staff, everyone was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious but expensive if you wanted to eat lightly. Room was very "smart" - all lights, etc. controlled via a tablet with lots of very cool options. . Could be confusing for non-user. Terrific view from a riverview room. Staff very nice and very helpful. Incredibly modern facility with great restaurant and top story bar.

I was disappointed with my stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Liverpool. The standard room was very compact, with very little space for luggage and only open shelving rather than proper storage. The bathroom layout was also a major issue. The sink is inside the main bedroom area, the shower cubicle is also within the room, and the toilet is in a very small separate cupboard. This open-plan bathroom setup was not made clear enough on Expedia, so it came as quite a shock on arrival. I would not recommend this hotel if you value comfort, luxury, or privacy when using the bathroom, especially if you are sharing the room with someone else. For the price, I expected a much better room layout and overall experience. Unfortunately, I found the hotel very expensive for what it provides, and I would not choose to stay here again. And take your own pillows!!! Thye are awful !!

Nice large room and very clean

Fantastic stay at Insiide Melia in Liverpool. Room immaculate with fantastic views of the river. Bed a little hard but still comfy and slept well. Depite being directly below the Sky Bar we heard no nice at all. The staff were so helpful especially when my partner and I both realised we didn't have our phone chargers at midnight and a membee of reception kindly brought two up to the room. The only thing that wasn't great was the shower pressure and not having a pen in the room to complete the room service breakfast order but apart from those hiccups the hotel was 100%. Thanks.

Loved my stay here. Had there been a dressing gown and slippers in the room. I would have given this a 5 the mini bar with the free soft drinks, along with the 10% discount was a bonus. The half board offer is great value. Just wondering. If you are good staying and parking at the NCP recommend, then go to the far corner on the left side of the 3rd floor. The pedestrian entrance is located there l, and brings you out a few feet from the hotel entrance.
