Location hotel near by basement of like food court and small shop. It's good. Facilities was okay, but the service was excellent. Shinichi was great, can speak a little bit of Bahasa. Absolutely will be back. Nice stay at Kyoto!

The hotel is very nice, has a bar to sit and work, free tea and coffee. Super polite and friendly staff. Fully furnished rooms with both air conditioning and heating, washing machine, location near convenience stores such as 7 eleven, Family Mart and surrounding shopping areas, near the subway so travel is very convenient. I had a great experience and slept very well at the hotel. Highly recommend everyone to book
