Beautifully cool indoors - much appreciated air conditioning as very warm in Barcelona during our stay. Exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel, including our en-suite bathroom. Very helpful staff when I forgot the roo safe’s code when retrieving our passports! Minor detail - would have appreciated a small fridge in the room to keep water cool

Stayed one night, breakfast was good and main area very nice. Great Vibe! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but adequate. Walkable to area restaurants.

As a couple travelling multiple cities and enjoying the culture and tourism, this hotel offered a good accommodations but needs some improvement. Bathroom had only a half glass wall covering the shower that would spill all water during shower and drainage was not so good. I had to constantly remind myself and control water power to not to overflow water. This was bit stressful when you had a long day of walk. Room does not have a fridge. During hot days we want to keep drinking cold water, soda, or beer in our room. Other option provided by hotel was to come down to a bar and ask for ice but this is not a good experience as a guest. If you have dust allergy, you may experience triggering. This may need to be looked into by hotel in the future. Other than the above, our stay was pleasant. 15-20 min walk access to Gothic and Barceloneta beach. For getting to locations further than that, I recommend to take subway and start from there. Vey hot weather and walking 30-40 min to your first location in the morning can quickly tire you out.

Great location, with friendly staff. The lobby and roof Top spaces were a great plus.

The staff at check-in was nice. The room was much smaller than the pics. There were only two bath towels. No washcloth. We had a glass from the coffee bar in our room the entire time. The room was cleaned but the cleaning person never took it. It was empty. There was blonde hair on the bathroom walls. I am a bald girly and my friend has black hair that was is braids so it wasn’t ours. And one on my towel. The bed is actually two twin beds pushed together. I asked for two beds and they said this is all they had. There was no pool. The location was great. The breakfast was fine.

The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable but we did find a makeup stain on the bed before we got in it. Also we left by accident a skirt in the room and when we realised we called the hotel in which they asked it to be emailed to them which I did they then didn’t reply for hours so I rang them again where they finally sorted it out. But it begs the question if they knew we had left a skirt why did they not ring us to inform us. Reception was very slow.

Great place

I'm not sure why this place has such great reviews. I've stayed at many hotels in Barcelona and this one is nothing special. The room is small with none of the basic amenities - no coffee maker, no mini fridge, no closet, no phone. there is a small safe. I had an interior room which means my window looked right into the elevator lobby. The location is okay, but not as convenient as staying in the Barri Gòtic. A good walk to Plaça de Catalunya and the beach. I wouldn't consider staying here again.

Great location, great service and you have access to all metros and public transportation if you like to use it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Second time staying with this chain, really nice, clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and it was very useful to be able to store luggage before checkin and after checkout.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and in an excellent location, one of my favourite parts of Barcelona! Our particular room was very small but was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The rooftop bar is a perfect addition to the hotel, although it would have been better if it was open past 9pm so that you can see the city all lit up in the dark. All in all a lovely hotel and would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Staff was very professional helpful and friendly.

I loved the hotel because it was in a quiet area and the front desk staff was very helpful with directions, taxis, dining recommendations, and suggestions for sightseeing in the area. There was a very nice rooftop bar with a great view. The room was lovely, but TINY. Our friends paid the same price and had an enormous room!

The breakfast was excellent and the price was reasonable considering the quality. The service was perfect. The amenities (balcony & patio) were gorgeous,

Location was great, walkable and easy access to bus and train. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
