Helpful staff. good location for touring in central city.

Beautiful lobby and great front desk service. Our room and bed were very clean and comfortable. The best thing is that within 1-2 blocks on either side of the hotel are MANY wonderful restaurant options.

Everything was exceptional except nowhere to park.

Amazing.

Very nice and clean place. I understand that AC may not be necessary in the rooms, but they should at least provide a fan—I was sweating at night. The blankets are also quite warm. I would recommend Parliament Hotel to any friends or family visiting Iceland. The hotel is surrounded by two squares, which makes drop-off and pick-up a bit challenging. There's no designated parking for hotel guests, so you'll need to find street parking nearby.

Really gorgeous simple hotel, wonderful location, less than a minute walk to the bus stop as well. About 9-10 minutes walking from all shops and a bit longer to some museums but totally worth it. The staff were all very friendly as well.

The only problem is the lack of a hotel parking lot. They should have valet parking where they bring the car to the public lot

the Iceland Parliament hotel was excellent, great location, amazing staff, clean and modern rooms. the bar had good service and a great menu. I strongly recommend this hotel. one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe.

Lovely hotel with great service . Only complaint would be that spa access was not included .

Concierge staff were so helpful in biking alternate tours and arranging transport to the airport. So efficient and helpful. Breakfast is totally worth it! So delicious.

The perfect place to get started in the city!

Very nice hotel. Perfect location! Easy walk to everything including buses. Only drawback is water never got fully hot in the shower.
