Well kept property...great price.

The resort is very nice and located right on the beach and near the main port and shopping. They pool and beach areas were also very nice. The only problem we had what this resort was. The food items we're ridiculously overpriced. Hot dog and hamburger buffet was $45. Breakfast every morning for 2 people was over $60, dinner over $200. I think Margaritaville can do much better then having all of the food so overpriced. Check in was very slow most of the staff was disinterested in the guests.

Everything was amazing

I liked the cleanliness of the property. The pool and easy access around the property.

Def budget great place if you have kids. Atlantis is another level but this is fun too.

Very family friendly but the food is over priced. The housekeeping staff are the best extremely friendly.Front desk staff is not organized, there was a mixup with a massage booking. I complain to the front desk. They said that they were going to rebook, but they never did. I still have not received my itemized receipt, which I asked for over a week now.

Some of the staff are very helpful and are very rude and nasty, we were 10 minutes late for check out, we called and said our ride won’t come until 11:30 so we will be late for few min they didn’t say anything we came down at 11:15 and they charged 50 dollar late fee. Food are so

Upon arrival our room was not ready, and waited almost an hour by the front desk for our room. Once we got a room the bellman said the room stunk which it did. The bed had lipstick all over the sheets. The towels were still laying on the ground in the bathroom. There were empty water bottles all over the room. So then we had to waste another hour getting another room, and by that point we should have just booked a regular room somewhere else without amenities because we ran out of time to use them. Such a waste of $445 plus fees.

The Good, the Bad, and Everything In Between The Good: The property is charming and well-maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. There are multiple bars on-site, and wristband access adds an extra layer of security. The nearby police station also contributes to a strong sense of safety. The Bad: The hotel lacks food variety—lunch and dinner at Vacation Cafe are repetitive, and while WB Prime offers more options, it’s very expensive. For an island resort, the overall food selection is limited. You may prefer dining at restaurants outside the hotel. If you’re looking for nightlife or entertainment, this might not be the right place—it’s quiet and not ideal for those who enjoy a party atmosphere. Everything In Between: Food prices are high, with a 10% tax and 15% gratuity automatically added to most bills—even outside the hotel. Because gratuity is included, service can be inconsistent. I had one bad experience with a server at the hotel who forgot part of our order, didn’t bring water, and never checked on us. Service quality really depends on the individual.

The room was very clean with beautiful view of the beach. Decor is modern and bright. The resort has multiple pool with a lazy river which my 3 boys loved, and private beach access. The convenience and location is a perfect for a families traveling with kids.

Close to shopping and restaurants. (Straw market, Senor Frogs, etc.) We even walked to the Queens Staircase. Lazy river was awesome and loved the beach!

Hotel staff are extremely rude, unsafe, people in the beach area insisting of selling you things. I requested clean towels an hour passed still no nobody brought us the towels. I had to go to reception request for the towels in person even then it took 20 minutes to get them. I do not recommend this resort at all

We loved our stay at One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were gorgeous! The only thing to be aware of with the surrounding area, is that their hours are VERY driven by the cruise ships. Once the cruises pull out around 5/6pm, a lot of the shops close by close. But there are still places to eat (like the Fish Fry) if you’re willing to walk a bit. Altogether, I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff here is amazing. The beds are super comfy. The views are beautiful.
