Not excellent area but would rate it as average due to the area where it is located

Clean rooms, very comfortable, great breakfast, very friendly staff

very affordable; not the best neighborhood. But, across the street is Walmart, Chili's, planet fitness, Home Depot.. many other stores to shop, a few banks...etc

Friendly service, nice clean rooms. Close to restaurant. A little further then expected from the airport but overall satisfied with hotel.

The staff is very friendly i speak Spanish a little bit but they were very helpful in translating for me specially the lady from the reception Blanca very sweet lady and thanks to carol the housekeeper for the good maintenance of the room v nice options for the breakfast, lot of shopping center closed by and food store i will come back in Mexico soon i will definitely book the same hotel.

Hotel had a big group of students and the staff for the looks of it did nothing to control the noice after hours and im talking like midnight and up

Excelente servicio!

Customer service was great. From check in to check out, everything was so smooth. Shopping centers nearby and easy access to main freeways

The only problem is sharing the building with the gym

Unfortunately they gave me a room near by the lobby and the elevator and it was very noisy and could not sleep.

The Hotel looks like new, very clean

Muy bien el hotel, muy seguro, excelente atención, buen desayuno, parqueo excelente y bien seguro. Manejar desde CDMX es terrible pero no es culpa del hotel. Muy recomendable AAA

En el comedor hace falta más atención,con respecto a la limpieza de mesas,poner frutas la máquina del café,cubiertos etc

El desayuno es a partir de las 8 am fines de semana, hubiéramos querido antes de salir tener algo para llevar fruta o yogurt
