A warm welcome and a clean, comfortable room awaited me. The staff are kind and friendly.

Great hotel with parking. Only issue was with one coffee machine in use Ran out of coffee, then ran out of cups. Gave up queuing and waiting.

As usual this stay was fantastic! The hotel is super clean and the staff do everything they can and more to help. Greeted by our fave member of staff Gary, and helped to our room with our bags. Breakfast was always well stocked and the staff were always willing to help show you how to make self serve waffles and get anything special required for dietary requirements. Will be going again next year!

My room was downgraded from king size to queen without any reimbursement. initially I was told on the first night (after driving 200 miles) that the rooms were being refurbished, the second day I asked for a king size and was told they had overbooked, I booked this room 6 months in advance so I was pretty annoyed at this, due to it being for my daughters 21st birthday - I’ve asked for a refund but as yet I’ve had no further communication. The queen size bed is very small but comfortable and the free breakfast is very nice but never had I had a room downgraded before !! The dining room is in the lobby and lounge of hotel a bit quirky

Nice clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Some issue with parking as it was full, but matter resolved. Just what you need for a quick stop

Great hotel for high wycomb much nicer than the Holiday In handy cross and has good EV charging , pleasent staff and a good free breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit limited, beds were uncomfortable but the place was clean and tidy. I think its more of a 3-4 star.

The place is clean and quiet. The room was modern and comfy with easily adjustable Aircon and a comfy large bed. The shower was one of the best I've experienced in hotels. The room has a Smeg mini fridge and kettle. There was useful space for clothes storage. Breakfast was good but I'd get there early as it gets busy and difficult to get around with bits separated over the place. I didn't see room service but you could get food from the bar. I expect hotel food to be more expensive than usual but this seemed more than I expected for what you get. I ordered soup and bread. The bread wasn't crispy and had been microwaved and the soup

Clean and nice hotel, the only thing was that breakfast was a bit disappointing, we maybe came down at the wrong time but staff seemed overwhelmed, not enough cups and plates. Also choice of food not brilliant ever. So very much average.
