Very limited parking avail, although at check in i reserved a parking spot, twice i had to look up for a parking. Cleaning of the room was not done everyday. Prior to arrivsl, and at checkin, i noticed the staff that i needed to check out a day early, initial response in both cases was that this was not an issue. However, at checkout, the staff was not able to do so so i was charged one extra night.

The location is ideal for history and shopping. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was a little dated and the walls were a little thin as we could hear the people in the next room talking. The building itself is lovely.

I didn't find the hotel at first because the entrance isn't obvious. Other than that, I had a great stay. The location is wonderful, and the staff is friendly. You can request a tea maker at the front desk.

The location is excellent in the center of the historical town (UNESCO world heritage). Walkable, many restaurants, a few steps from the river. Relative to this being a two star (or so) hotel, the room was simple, but fine.

This is a lovely, cozy hotel in the heart of the old city. It was in a quiet area, with a comfortable bed and it has an elevator. I’m happy to recommend it and would stay there again.

It was noisy as fuk, could hear Hoover's, hair driers and walking in rooms all around

A great period hotel in a really good location Room was very comfortable and clean if a little faded.Breakfast was magnificent. Receptionist very helpful and good English . Parking on site very limited 30zl night.Location could not be better, river 2 minutea to left and old town centre 3 minutes to right. GREAT VALUE. No a/c but room was cool even in heat wave.No tea making facilities but free water.Mini fridge

Hotel is right in the center of town and the room was good. Staff was also very helpful. I had a very good stay at Gromada.

Good location and near to gate which allows a walk to train or bus station along river. Breakfast spread was decent.

Please beware the credit card processing system rips off customers upon check out. The hotel charge was issued in polish zloty BUT the card reader EFTPOS converted the zloty to foreign currency automatically without the clients knowledge and intervention and added a hefty 6% conversion and transaction fee. The hotel manager initially was apologetic and helpful and offered a refund but later changed his mind and offered a letter with a promise to return overcharged amount in 30 days. We shall see but my feeling is this is a common occurrence. This rip off should be legally banned since the legal currency in Poland is zloty, but it appears the bank PKO, card processing company and possibly retailers are happy to cheat the tourists.

Old building gave always the feeling that wasn’t very clean. Towel old with some spots and no hairdryers working in the all hotel
