Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast

This would be a 5-star property except for one glaring problem: the parking garage is not large enough for registered guests. If you show up to register late or return from a late dinner, you are locked out. The call button will say park 0.3 miles away in a park on the street until 9am then move or get charged by lot owner. Daunting task for someone with lots of luggage or mobility issues unaware of the area. If handicapped, choose a different hotel.

New hotel in a Lovely area of town. Approx 7 min walk to bus/train terminal. The hotel was spotless, the staff were eager to please and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor issues were: the bedside tables are almost too small- the side which has telephone is pretty impractical for person sleeping on that side of the bed to use it for anything else. Only other minor issue was no conditioner in shower/ bathroom. Neither of these would put me off staying again, it was an excellent stay!

This is one of the best city hotels, great location, excellent breakfast and very good service.

Very helpful staff when I booked in, they also kindly lent me a travel adaptor which I had forgotten to back.

Great place for business trip

Great location, new building. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are on the smaller side, in-room air condition is quite weak (we had 85 deg F outside, it took the a/c several hours to get the room cooled down to 75 deg F, still too warm for a comfortable sleep). Parking at the hotel is available, however limited. We had to park off-site in a shopping mall parking lot (about 3-5 min away).

Nice and clean room with a Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine.

A perfect location for shopping and eating in Recklinghausen.Clean and comfortable. Construction next door was not pleasant, but the building is almost done. Not the fault of the hotel. I do wish the in room coffee was better. There is only instant and a kettle. There was, however, a good quality breakfast included and served until 10:00. A mini fridge would be really nice too. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

Hervoragende Unterkunft, Gutes Frühstück

Recht neues Hotel zentral in Recklinghausen mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Es gibt allerdings keinen Schrank oder Regal. Man muss "aus dem Koffer leben" Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das ok. Frühstück ist ok. Mehrere Sorten Wurst und Käse, Obst, Ei etc. Nichts außergewöhnliches aber es reicht. Für den Preis ist das Hotel gut.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit allem was es braucht. Gute Lage mitten in RE. Parken etwas schwierig, aber immer noch günstig im hinter dem Rathaus.

Freundlicher Service, sauber und ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet könnte üppiger sein.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier auch als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.
