It was a new, very nice facility.

Amazing. Hotel was clean, staff was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean & comfortable.

Pool was completely dry. Nothing to drink downstairs during breakfast Ran out of food during breakfast.on Sunday The lady working in the kitchen area Friday and Saturday was awesome and supper nice

Very Friendly and helpful. Very clean places. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Great location to easy to get everything.

I am always pleased with my experience at Holiday Inn Express. Their hotels are always clean the staff is always friendly and the free breakfast is great.

Very rude front desk and staff. Our room that I booked a week a head of time for our family of six was not available when we drove 6 hours to stop for the night. When I requested a refund she said that I would need Expedia to call so they called and the denied refund. When I called back several times to speak to management she hung up on me and asked me to quit calling the facility. She told me several times she was about to lose her sh** on me. I never received a refund and had to find a last minute hotel for my family of six. Marriott of Huntsville was a lifesaver for the night.

Everything was welcoming, beds/room very comfortable. Check in was very good!

I couldnt believe how smooth of a check in it was. Literally only took me 5 mins at check in to get my key and head to my room. Im sure thats due to the online check in that you do before you arrive. But even that was just a few moments. Also, very clean, bed was one of the most comfortable and the morning breakfast was so good and the lady in charge of that was the friendliest I ever met. Ive had many a tons of hotel stays in my life and this hotel ranks in my top 10 of best stays. Thank you all 😊

Upon arrival (3 hrs before checkin) I was told the hotel was overbooked and couldn’t honor our reservations. That was unacceptable so they found me a one bed room, I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out. I pushed and finally got two beds (not 3 as reserved). The computer system was not cooperating so it took them more than and hour to get me checked in.

Booked this room on line. My husband and I were traveling through on our way to Florida. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area. Great location, great customer service, and the staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

They gave us the wrong room and told us the room I had paid for was already booked. So I got a very small room with two queen beds and they squeezed in one of those folded beds as a 3 rd bed. There was no room to move around it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean. No housekeeping came by the entire stay. We had to go up to the front desk everyday to ask for toiletry. No one came to take out trash. The only good thing about this hotel is the cooks that serve breakfast are very friendly and went above and beyond to serve us. I asked if I was going to be charged for the same rate since I got a different room. I was told I was going to be reimbursed but still haven’t received a refund.
