Great view of the rocky beach

Not getting into the deeper side if it! There was a seeious situation going on with us and the manager handled it in the most professional way going above and beyond to come a solution for the matter!

The beach view from the room was purely amazing. Welcoming staff, good breakfast and excellent location. Cleaning okay but not perfect.

Love the location and the elegance. Old World charm. Service is excellent and the fact that it is literally across the road from the beach makes it my favorite hotel in Guaruja

The staff is excellent 5 stars. The hotel is old, no amenities, no parking, no pool. The air conditioning wasn’t on most of the time. The restaurant food is good but doesn’t open on mondays.

I am very particular about the places I stay I was nervous going since all Ive seen is pictures but I was so happy with the Grand Hotel it isn't on the beach and everything you want from shopping food and supermarket is in walking distance... I will make the Grand Hotel an annual trip for the family

The staff at the Grand Hotel were among the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered. They were very eager to practice their (already very good!) English, and seemed more than happy to accommodate any request. They upgraded us to a better room for free without us even asking, and were constantly looking for ways to make our stay more pleasant. The hotel itself is very nice, but not super-luxurious. The upgraded room they moved us to had a window that opened out over the ocean, though, and falling asleep to that sound every night was absolutely heavenly. The restaurant downstairs was decent. Nothing really knocked us out about the food, but there was nothing really disappointing either. The free breakfast was pretty good, but I'm easy to please any time you give me a pile of pao de queijo.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach! Walking distance to central commercial area for banking and shopping! Staff very efficient and service friendly! Terrific breakfast with various tropical fruits and juices! Great value for the accommodation and location.

No Garage - very difficult to parking your car....

Achei maravilhoso o quarto com vista mar, paisagem linda! Café da manhã sensacional, tem bastante variedade, qualidade boa! Recomendo o hotel de olhos fechados. Pelas imagens a gente não dá nada. Quando chega no hotel, AMA!

Ficamos em um quarto sem vista, pois os com vista não estavam disponíveis. Porém mesmo assim o quarto era muito aconchegante, só a TV que era pequena demais. Fora isso, tudo muito bom.

Foi maravilhoso, hotel super limpo e atendimento excelente! Galera receptiva e boa comida, a vista para a praia é maravilhosa!!!
