I couldn't get sleep because of noise from the next room, I thought there was an opening between rooms. There was no holes but I guess wall was very thin.

The room was large and clean. It had working AC which was needed in the desert heat. Shower had warmish water but not hot. Toilet worked! We stayed in the only room that had a card key to enter so im not sure if it was an upgraded room and others didnt have AC. Breakfast was not anything to rave about. There was cheese and meats and cereal. Didnt looked to be getting replenished and the dining room was full. We ended up not eating and leaving to go on a tour due to lack of options.

When we checked in the front counter the attendant was not very friendly or welcoming at all. She barely cracked a smile and we were standing there just kinda staring at each other for a bit. when we got here, the weather was about 90° and the air conditioner in the room was off and the refrigerator was unplugged. It took quite a while for it to cool down. Lastly, when we came for breakfast at 6:30, they were not at all prepared and we only had just a few minutes to eat. The breakfast here is minuscule to say the least and with them being not prepared it makes it even worse. We only had 15 minutes to eat before we continue to our next excursion, but they were moving slower than molasses. I would NOT stay here again.

Very friendly staff and enjoyable stay. Basic room but was comfortable. Very much enjoyed the pool area.

Nice hotel in a quieter area, short walk to the dunes and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious & clean, however the shower hot water can fluctuate from hot warm to cold. The breakfast is ok and doesn’t have much selection.

Basic hotel but definitely a step up from the hostels. Nice pool. Bring your own water.

Walkable to everything! No AC, asked for fan and told they did not have one. Kids room had ceiling fan and portable fan used the one from kids room. No breakfast. It was ok place as choices are few there.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Huacachina. It was very conveniently located close to board/ski rental, dining and our bus stop, making it easy to arrive and depart. The hotel featured a nice pool where we could relax after a day of exploring, which was a great way to unwind. The breakfast was also good, providing a nice start to our mornings. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Huacachina!

Hotel was as expected. Good location. No English speaking staff though. Overall not bad.

Good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. We stayed on the first floor, it is a bit loud, but I doubt there are a lot of quiet places given the typical age of people who stay in the area. Rooms are very basic, fine for a night or two.

No tiene muchas opciones para desayuno pero lo demas muy bien

The facility was beautiful, while the room was very simple. The water in my room came out brown.
