Had a wonderful 5 night stay. Isobel, the owner welcomed us and gave us a full rundown on everything we needed to know including, most importantly, how to get through the souks to Jamaa el Fnaa, the main square and focal point of the old city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The riad, located in a small alley, is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace with loungers and a pool is a delightful spot for breakfast and relaxing. Tip: ask the Riad to arrange a car from the airport. There is no car access to the Riad and a taxi won’t find it.

We would warn everyone who is planning on booking this Riad that it is not like its pictures advertised. Its away from the main road and unreachable by car you have to walk with your luggage several dusty streets to reach the place where cars can stop. Please see pictures attached. The hotel asks you to pay 5-6 euros with help to reach the area where taxis can come. I could not sleep whole night as it has bed bugs and was bitten all over my body. Also the room we stayed did not have windows to the outside only to the lobby area and it was so noisy of people going up and down the stairs and talking the lobby. The owner of the hotel is rude and arrogant. I have asked to cancel 2 nights of my stay and only get a one night refund but she refused and said it is non refundable booking. Of course I would not ask to cancel the booking if the Riad was like its pictures advertised. On the hotels.com site it did not mention about not reachable a car so we had to walk 10 minutes with someone helping us with our luggage in a cart which they asked 20 euros for the help. The breakfast consisted of breads and juice only. The pool area is so tiny the pool is in fact like a big jacuzzi. The sun loungers were so dirty, stained please see the picture. Also the bathroom and the toilet is inside the room without full wall partition and its foul smelling in the room The streets you have to pass to reach the Riad is specially not safe in the evenings as its isolated nothing around.

Can not say enough good things about this Riad. My husband and I met up with another couple for a Morocco trip and this was our first stop in Marrakech. We were warmly greeted by the owners and amazed at how beautiful the property was. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The upstairs pool and hang out areas were ADORABLE and really authentic. We had a great time exploring the medina but we really looked forward to coming back and hanging at the riad after. It is also a great location right in the thick of the medina but also very quiet and peaceful inside the riad. Tip: ask the riad to organize a shuttle for you because the driver will know where to drop you off and someone will walk you to the riad. This helped us a ton since it is hard to find at first. Highly recommend. Book this place! PS - I'm picky and have stayed at very nice hotels and I loved this place.

Very beautiful and nice Riad! Sana and Said were very helpful and all the restaurants they introduced us to were delicious. The actual location of Riad is slightly different from the location shown on GoogleMap. You need to go further down the street.
