Really clean room. Excellent service and the rooftop bar and pool is a must do.

We loved it here. Close to concert venues and lots of restaurants around. The rooftop pool was awesome. Great views. The lounge chairs were comfortable. The service staff was great. You could get food and drinks delivered poolside. We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and it was good. So nice not to have to leave the hotel early. The dinner at Bar Lis was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and view was perfect and so was the service. We loved the happy hour in the downstairs bar with charcuterie and alcohol was perfect and the live entertainment was great! The gym was set up with so many options. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. Our only small complaints are that we expected the towels to be nicer and fluffier for such a higher end hotel and the mini fridge wasn’t set up to handle our leftovers due to drink storage they had for purchase. I would recommend!!

Great service, very clean & good location. The staff is very customer service oriented & the roof top bar is nice.

The front desk and lobby staff were welcoming and pleasant from check-in to check-out. The hotel is clean, stylish without being stuffy, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed a great dinner and excellent service at The Terrace restaurant on the rooftop. The only downsides were that because the rooftop turns into a nightclub at 10pm on weekend, the music was slightly audible even from our 9th-floor room (though earplugs were provided)—and housekeeping not servicing our room by 4pm despite us being out most of the day.

I think this was a first class hotel in Hollywood. It is a modern hotel with excellent staff, willing to go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It was in a great location, close to Sunset Blv and also The Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Great service

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The room itself was very nice, spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was vibrant and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. However, my room was on the 9th floor, and unfortunately, the noise from the rooftop music was a major drawback. The music played loudly from around 10 AM all the way until 2 AM, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. It really took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Really nice clean property with a lovely roof top bar and pool. Room service was not great, but property was nice for the value overall.

Hotels.com showed one room at booking and ended up putting me into a different room. Very frustrating. Front desk was rude every single interaction. Will stay somewhere else before coming back here again.

Service was really nice. Location is very convenient, easy to get to Hollywood and universal studios

The hotel itself looks great and has a nice rooftop. With that said, the beds were not comfortable, at night you constantly hear the loud music of the rooftop bar/club, and there's a AC control unit that has a bright light which makes it difficult to sleep at night despite the other lights being off. Also, the shower pressure was very low. I did enjoy the rooftop views though.
