Nice hotel. The buffet breakfast could have more variety, as all four mornings have featured almost the same dishes.

Fancy lighting and decor make it a differentiating hotel. Very spacious smart room which turn on everything after you enter, nice! Good food and courtesy of people but front desk a bit slow.

some hiccups at the beginning but all made up for by the excellent service to rectify the issue and cleaniness, designer decor and friendly staff.

近商場和地鐵，整體不錯

酒店設施很新穎，離地鐵站和商場很近，房間大而美麗，但可惜，酒店最大的問題是衛生。換了兩次房都是一樣，第一間28樓，剛進房間就看到洗手台有髒的東西。 第二間3106， 剛進房間就有臭味，洗手間也是， 洗手間清潔後比清潔前還髒清潔後的鏡子黏着一堆紅色髒物，然後是各種積灰，地毯和地板也是肉眼可見地髒了。 床罩也是清晰見到污漬。隔音很差房間聽到走廊職員的聲音。然後是服務的問題，態度和效率真不咋地。要一浴巾等了30分鐘，再次致電職員說不確定浴巾送到的時間。這個價位不值，除非有改進，否則在廈門有很多很多更好的選擇。

一樓大廳音樂太吵，戶外工地一大早噪音吵醒我，房間隔音玻璃不理想，走道隔音效果差，除了這些其他的都很好！
