The environment and rooftop

Everything was absolutely beautiful ❤️

Went for my husbands birthday and we absolutely love it! Very much a staycation spot for us!

Very clean , very professional, valet was a plus loved it , walking distance to the river , very fancy, pool were 21+ the 20th floor view was amazing

No microwave super small shower next to toilet just but ideal. And super expensive

Loved mostly everything but communication among staff was lacking

Did not appreciate the $25 destination fee I was charged. Was not told before hand of this fee. I will not stay here again. Lovely hotel but too expensive. Parking for one night was $63.

Too many extra fees and too far from the visiting locations

I’m a local and anytime I can have an excuse to stay at the Thompson, I take it. Hands down my favorite hotel.

Clean hotel with great service.

Customer Service at this hotel went above and beyond from the minutes we walked in to check out. ALL staff made every effort to make sure we were happy and accommodated. My only remark, personally, was that the king mattress wasn't comfortable at all. Not a restful sleep unfortunately. Other than that, I would recommend this property.

The staff was amazing. The room was beautiful as always. The only suggestion I have is that the water pressure in the shower needs to be improved. It was so low I could hardly rinse the soap off and I could not wash my hair.

I had the worst experience with the Thompson hotel , I got charged another room, because their system wasn’t populated with Expedia . Charged my card WITHOUT authorization . And when called and confronted they took no blame as if their system and charging my credit card with out my permission.. Great hotel but will charge your card without you knowing it . Sadly horrible experience but the manager Angie was nice

We were very disappointed with the service at The Moon’s Daughter rooftop by the bar area. We arrived around happy hour, and despite the place not being busy, the bartenders completely ignored us. We had to ask multiple times just to get a drink. Later that evening, we returned and there was glassware left all over the tables, with no staff attending to the mess. Also, we had requested a crib for our room, but it was extremely uncomfortable for a baby, the metal bars underneath were very deep, making it impossible for a child to sleep properly. This should be looked into, as it’s not suitable for babies and could be dangerous without proper padding or a mattress.

Property was very clean, front desk and valet was very professional and nice. Will be returning.

Trendy decor, our suite was designed nicely, large bathroom, liked the separate water room.

Beautiful

Really nice hotel and staff, but it feels like it isn't being maintained very well. Just little things that make it seem like its dirty and just getting beaten up.
