Loved this hotel!

Honestly, the nicest hotel with the friendliest staff. Everyone is so hospitable. The rooms are modern but classic, we had an amazing view out to the river. Everything feels plush. This bit of NYC is perfect for a long weekend - great restaurants, diners & food markets right on your doorstep. Not far to the subway or bus stop (we love travelling by bus, you get to see the city!) There is a fabulous bar with cocktails, live music and light bites that we enjoyed. The roof terrace offers amazing views of the city and comfortable seating. Perfect. We'll be back.

Beautiful boutique hotel, stayed for one night.The lady at the reception was so generous,upgraded us to suite that was so spacious,spotless with quality amenities.staff is so very helpful and we loved the area around..so quite and beautiful cafes. Highly recommend.

The Wallace gives you the best version of yourself - if you are ready to tear up the sights of New York it is in the perfect location off Broadway, if you are more interested in finding a tranquil island amongst the city madness it is tucked around the corner reaching out with calm tranquility. The Wallace is staffed with cheerful, helpful and friendly people at every turn - although special mention must be made of the doormen. The rooms are immaculate, the beds the most comfortable ever and the bathroom and shower impeccable. The rooms are looked after by top flight housekeepers, combining excellence and unobtrusiveness. As you drift past the bar in the early evening, past the mellow jazz, the clink of glasses and the hubbub of conversation the experience feels it has been designed to make you a part of it to whichever extent you choose. Quality throughout. A New York treasure.

I would highly recommend the Walllace. Hotel is beautiful. Great, quiet location. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

The area around the hotel wasn’t very clean: vagrants, litter and homeless people. Hotel is good but very overpriced, no breakfast option.
