Good hotel located in the centre of Inverness. Room was fine, with a good bathroom and bed. People at the desk were friendly - although too busy for a short chat. It does not have its own parking, so you must find a convenient (paid) parking space in the city, which is okay.

Staff were exceptional! So accommodating and helpful with reservations for dinner. Very good breakfast buffet.

Bathroom lighting is not adequate for shaving or applying makeup

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our stay

Booked for family reasons. Room was extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t have any reservations in rebooking. Trip was family oriented but the hotel made the trip relaxing and stress free.

Very comfortable beds and bed linen. Room very spacious. Well appointed bathroom with lovely clean shower. Breakfast good but not much space so got crowded.

Better than expected great staff grat location

Inverness is a beautiful town. This hotel was city center, so all of the shopping, dining and attractions were in walking distance. We appreciated the pay parking right in back of the hotel so we did not have to haul our luggage through the rain. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, in a central location in Inverness close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was quiet and very comfortable so we got a great nights sleep. Air conditioning a bonus on one of the hottest days of the year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, even on a gluten free diet I found plenty to eat safely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic trip away, room was so modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows were just perfect, the decor was very relaxing. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was lovely.

A little better than a hostal. One doesn't get the service one would expect for the price one pays.

Room was modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good choice of beverages and biscuits. Negatives the room was so hot couldnt get the air con to work. Room wouldnt go below 16° no instructions to help. Asked at reception to be told it woukdnt go below 16° window open didnt help either. And shower had 2 settings hot and scolding hot. After the warm room a cool shower would have been nice.

Lovely hotel. My room was well equipped, including a fridge. I was overlooking what can be a busy street, but couldnt hear anything. Extremely convenient, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a couple minutes walk from the train ststion and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And the lovely front desk staff were happy to keep my suitcase at reception in the morning while I headed into town.
