Excellent location, right in the heart of downtown

We arrived to be told we had been upgraded and the room size and king bed were appreciated. The place was really clean though had a bad smell we mentioned later. The room was in the sparks building, not the one booked and directly over looked 20 feet away a massive hole that was being excavated and refilled. At no stage did the hotel mention this and so the upgrade had a severe cost every morning at 7am until 5pm, very underhand. The amenities in the hotel were good, the bed very comfortable, the sinks and shower had poor water pressure

Fantastic Stay - unfortunately only stayed one night. Mark and Alice were fantastic and ensured that my wife and I were comfortable and were available to answer questions. Definitely will return and hopefully stay longer.

Excellent location and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. My only comments would be improve your WiFi (it was sometimes slow) and the television service I found inadequate. I found the Roku TV SO inept.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out our stay was fabulous! Josh gave a warm, friendly greeting and was very attentive to what we needed. The room is perfect as it felt like a home away from home. Big enough space to work in the hotel room, bring food back to have dinner or make our own breakfast. Parking was very convenient and everything we needed was within walking distance. Mark gave a great recommendation to a restaurant close by. Also at check out Josh was very hospitable. Very much recommended if you are looking a place that has home comfort. Every staff we came across was very friendly.

The hotel was good but what was really missing were black out curtains/blinds. It was bright in the evenings (lights from courtyard) and bright in the morning (early).

Its great location , everything in downtown is walkable like Parliament and Byward market. The property is clean and nice. I wish they had kept water bottles rest it was amazing

We stayed at reStays for three nights in a two bedroom condo with another couple in October. There was plenty of room for four people and the condo was bright and modern. The building amenities are impressive. We enjoyed the Sky Lounge with views of the city, tea in the lobby and coffee in the room and wished we had time to check out the sauna. The room was quiet, we had a courtyard view in the Queen Street tower. The location was perfect. Spark Street is right outside, Parliament two blocks away and an easy walk to Byward Market. Great coffee and restaurant options all around. We had a minor issue with the TV and it was addressed immediately. We appreciated the secure underground parking as well. 10/10!
