Staff was friendly and accommodating. They checked in to ensure that everything was looked after. The room was immaculate and the location was great!

We were upgraded upon arrival which was a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The only thing I would change is that the blinds let all the light shine through so we woke up much earlier than we would have liked. I would definitely stay there again as the location is unbeatable. On the weekend, the parking lot across the street is only 10$/24hrs. Thank you reStays, we had a great time.

Beautiful room and very friendly and helpful staff

We were upgraded, it had a separate bedroom . All excellently maintained, clean. We enjoyed our nightcaps in sky lounge with a view of parliament centre block. We also had a few games of pool on the poolroom. This is our second time staying there, we were within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see and do . The staff were very friendly and helpful and had great recommendations!We would definitely stay there again.

yes but my initial reservationw as change for an upgrade ( its nice ) but I didnt have the type of room that I requets the first night , I specific ask for th type of room with a tv in the bedroom but the upgrade didnt provide that and when I ask to have the same rtype of room its was full for the first night and need to change room the enxt day for the rest of the stay.

Staff were very pleasant. Room was super clean and spacious. Amazing to be so close to downtown. Super view of parliament building on 12 th floor which guests could enjoy.

Very convenient location near Parliament and the room setup work well for us. We could have utilized the kitchen better and will plan to do so next time.

With Sonder Rideau closing, I’ve found my new place to stay in Ottawa. Clean rooms, happy staff checking in w me after I settled in. I parked my EV at World Exchange for $10( Sunday PM to Monday AM) w free charging. Close to all the Ottawa things and about a 15 min drive to Carleton U. Gym looked to have all the basics but didn’t have time to get in there. Cute restaurant on the corner w a ton of baked goods and sandwiches.

The room was stunning, clean and had everything we needed to cook and snack during our stay. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and polite. The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything! We will absolutely be back.
